Have multiple accounts with PNC Customer service is not the best every time I call.No one ever answers.Phone just keeps ringing. I was a customer with PNC before when they were national city.. I'm really thinking about closing out all my accounts!

Not the best in customer service and got a little bit of lip from a supposed " head teller" supervisor on a simple check deposit!! Come to think of it the lobby employee wasn't a bit of help either! Unfortunately, I had to call the CS line but I'm sure it didn't deter much. Will not be returning anytime soon!!
