As someone that has been in the retail arena for almost 30 years, I am still delighted to walk into RC Outfitters and experience a legacy such as this in my own backyard! Bravo to this team. We are ever so lucky central Illinois!

Fantastic Experience!! Getting a hand written note from the owner is AWESOME!! I purchased what seems a hard to find item and I received it FAST!! I will 100% buy from RC Outfitters again!! I highly recommend!!

Waited 15 minutes for someone to help. Walked out and passed 6 different workers talking with each other but not helping customers ....Returned the next week and was greeted immediately. Staff was very helpful and found a great pair of shoes.
