“Fantastic service and selection. I needed running shoes but didn't know where to begin, as I haven't run in ages. A friend we were visiting recommended RC Outfitters. Oh mercy, the huge wall of shoes was intimidating. Fortunately, the staff there is wonderful. Jason was extremely helpful and kind, and knows his shows. He brought out several options that fit my wide toe bed and and worked with my gait, which he'd measured with their fancy machine. The options he brought were all good and it was easy to settle on the one that felt the best. Jason kindly offered to bring out all of its available colors in that same style, but I was happy with the robin's egg blue pair he'd originally served up. I'm extremely happy with the shoes. They're comfortable and stable, even on wonky pavement. When these wear out, I'll schedule another trip to Peoria to replace them.”

The young gentleman helped my son pick out a three piece suit, shirt, and tie, then fitted the suit perfectly to fit my son. We were in and out, with complete alterations, in 30 minutes and spent less than $300. That included the alterations!!! “Went here today looking for a Stetson Open Road Hat in a specific color. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had six in different colors including the color I was looking for, unfortunately they didn't have it in my size. They got online and started checking availability from Stetson to no avail, but they tried. So while there I decided to check out their shirts. A nice young lady with pretty long hair asked if she could help me, Help me she did. She brought me about 10 shirts to try on, disappeared and showed up with 10 more. I have only received this level of customer service one other time in my life. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I cant recommend this place enough. Very nice selection of clothing and hats, and the best customer service ever!”

“I was at the Northwoods Mall store and worked with Callie the other night and I was looking for a pair of Hey Dudes, specific color and found the pair and was talking with her and she shared some knowledge of things to help with my feet and tried some insoles, didn't have the right size of shoe, so I had to order them but was talking about the Hoka tennis shoes and shared my issues of my health problems and she shared some more of her education and I kind of jokingly said that I figured she was in her late twenties early '30s of how educated she was and she told me she was 22 years old and she said she would take that as a compliment because the reason I thought she was older was how educated she was in the foot field and I want to just say thank you!! Because she did an awesome job and I went back today and bought the tennis shoes because I was so pleased with what she did and how good they made my feet feel. The service that I got today from the manager because the size 15 hey dudes needed to be size 14. I tried a pair on somewhere else so I wanted to change the size and he did that for me and I got the other shoes and William did an awesome job. customer service was top notch. I'm very pleased. I had just bought a pair of shoes from running Central to be more specific with the foot industry and really found out that Trade Homes actually was just as educated if not more than what I had expected. So you have a customer for life! I bought other shoes there but only because of the specific style of shoe I was looking for with the Hey Dudes and now that's where I'm going to buy my tennis shoes as well! I have to say that it was very nicely organized, color-coded and pretty fancy too. I went in looking for a specific type of dress which I did not find, but it was so nice to look around and see the different type of clothing that they had. There were lots of different types of dresses, some very cute, just not the color that I was looking for.
