Best selection of running shoes anywhere! Lots of clothing and accessories too. Staff is hit or miss but that is expected most places. I try to buy anything price fixed here to support them but there are often better deals online.

RC Outfitters is truly the best place to shop for your shoes and apparel!! Upon arriving you are greeted with smiling faces from the staff and someone is always willing to help you with whatever you may need. There is no better place to find the perfect running shoe than Running Central! My husband and I have always found the inventory and customer service to be top notch. Today was no different when Mickey helped me find a very sharp and comfortable ON shoe! He was very knowledgeable about running as he is a collegiate runner and suggested a handful of shoes that would be best for my overpronating. Mickey was also very personable and asked questions about how I run and weight train in order to find the best shoe for me. I continue to be impressed year after year and will always refer you to all my friends and family! Many thanks to Mickey and RC Outfitters!

In a world where online shopping has overtaken our shopping experience, shopping at RC Outfitters has been a breath of fresh air. Upon entry to their beautiful store in Peoria, you are instantly greeted with a warm smile, friendly hello, and someone willing to help you if you need it. The store is beautiful, with everything you could possible need for an active lifestyle and your everyday lives, featuring well known brands. This store also has knowledgeable, educated employees ready to help you. Knowing that I am fit the right way, purchasing the right shoe or outfit doesn’t mean that I don’t have to live with something that isn’t perfect just because I purchased it from an online retailer. If you want an excellent customer experience, I highly suggest you take a visit to RC Outfitters.

Love getting my shoes and apparel here! The employees here know so much about everything and can answer all my questions with ease, and are super polite while doing so. Every fit and visit feels like I’m visiting friends rather than a store. I highly recommend!

This store has a great array of items and styles. I’ve been getting shoes from RC since middle school and they have only evolved since then. Large spectrums of shoes and socks with an ocean of cool clothes and accessories before it all. I’ve loved just about everything I have bought there.

RC Outfitters is truly one of the best places to shop in Central Illinois. There's a wide selection of shoes and apparel to fit everyone's needs. I've been going there for running shoes since I was in middle school and have never been disappointed with a single pair of shoes I've received. I also personally love the Lululemon, Vuori, and Spanx options. My family always chooses to shop here over other stores! Staff is extremely kind and always willing to help!
