“My Harley broke down in Atlanta, Illinois today. The dispatcher, Sandy, went the extra mile to contact a family owned motorcycle repair shop in Bloomington to see if they could get my bike repaired first thing Monday morning. The owner said he could fix my bike and have me on my way. A driver named Jesse was dispatched, and arrived within 30 minutes! Jesse’s service was top notch! Very friendly and courteous. He secured my bike, delivered it to the repair shop, and then took me to a local hotel. He waited in the truck for me to make sure they had availability. “I have been to a few different shops and they have either given me the run around or used the fear mongling tactic . Brian and the crew are awesome! I don’t have the best luck with vehicles but he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how things work. Never once made me feel dumb!!! I highly recommend them!!! “Bought tires down at Neal’s to last me till winter when I get new sets. In the process, Neal’s recommended these guys for tire balance and rotation for the old to new and they do dispose (of course at charge). Worth it! Done in maybe 20-30 minutes and did great work even if it was just on a tire swap and rotate. Thankful for small town styled work like this! Highly recommend!”
