I'm traveling to Chicago with my mobility scooter. I had our 16 year old strap it to the 'trailer'. I saw the U-haul on my way. I stopped by and asked if they could check it. Even though I didn't buy anything, an employee came out in 10° F weather and check it out.

The two gentlemen I worked with were great. One was a trainee and took direction from his lead really well. The lead was on the ball. When I returned the truck he met me at the truck and took over for me. Well done.
