“Went here today looking for a Stetson Open Road Hat in a specific color. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had six in different colors including the color I was looking for, unfortunately they didn't have it in my size. They got online and started checking availability from Stetson to no avail, but they tried. So while there I decided to check out their shirts. A nice young lady with pretty long hair asked if she could help me, Help me she did. She brought me about 10 shirts to try on, disappeared and showed up with 10 more. I have only received this level of customer service one other time in my life. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I cant recommend this place enough. Very nice selection of clothing and hats, and the best customer service ever!”
“I found this shop a gew years back. The ladies in here are wonderful! There is such a variety of things for all ages here; clothing, jewelry, crystals, fresh herbs, tarot cards, purses and backpacks. I love this shop so much.”

“Looked really nice, but I couldn't spend any money here. They are closed. Possibly until December they said. I'm from NY, and really wanted to get cat merchandise. I do not seee how closing up places like this helps anything. It has to be hurting Peoria. Each county is going to have to say, enough is enough. “This was my first time going into a White House Black market, we were greeted by a worker right when we walked in the door, I didn't catch her name but she was pretty and offered to help in any way. I have to say that it was very nicely organized, color-coded and pretty fancy too. I went in looking for a specific type of dress which I did not find, but it was so nice to look around and see the different type of clothing that they had. There were lots of different types of dresses, some very cute, just not the color that I was looking for. In the future, should I need something that's a little more dressy, I will come back and visit this store!”
“I stopped in Khols today and found two cozy warm sweaters for my 98yr old mom. I also saw a big selection of pots and pans. I will be dragging my husband back there to help on deciding which set is best for us. Lots of employees working. Check- out line was super quick. The store is filled with lots of new merchandise. A must stop for you this holiday season.”

“I go to this Burlington basically every day as I work at a neighboring business. The employees for the most part are all really nice! However, there is this one gentlemen’s who is Asian and he’s usually up on the register when I see him and he is always so rude. I work in customer service so I’m always really friendly and he never says hello or anything to me and acts like he’s so annoyed whenever he’s ringing me up. I know retail sucks because I also work in retail, I just don’t take it out on everyone, especially the nice people.”

However, while I was there, I observed that the store was tidy and nicely organized, and they were actually a little bit busy. I didn't stay very long just because I didn't find anything in regards to what I was looking for but it was a nice story and everybody seemed happy shopping there.”

“This location is one of the best for finding cheap products and they have steals that you wouldn’t expect to find. A generally clean location but sometimes the wait lines are insane when they’re super busy. This is a frequent location that we shop at.”

“I'm a Chico's Gal, what can I say!! I love their clothes and they're always nice and help me find my sizes or will order me what I need. The quality of their clothes will stay in style as well as last for years. They wash and wear perfect just follow the label. Have fun wearing their clothes and be ready to receive compliments!!”
“This is by far one of my favorite places to shop. The prices can be a bit high but I find the quality of the clothes to be very nice, and there are almost always great clearance items to choose from. What I like most about this place is how unique a lot of the clothing is. It feels like clothing you can't really find anywhere else. The one thing I don't like is that the place doesn't really feel size inclusive. From what I've noticed there really aren't any plus size options, which is disappointing because I feel like everyone should be able to enjoy the cute clothes they have to offer, regardless of body type!”
“My family has a long standing relationship with JC Penney Photo Studio. We have been taking our family pictures here for over 30 years. Sunday, September 14, 2025 we again came to your studio for family pictures and then my daughter had pictures of her family taken separately. Grace was our photographer. Grace was profesisonal, courteous, knowledgeable and wonderful with the kids. Well let's face it ... she was wonderful with me too!
Grace did all the things you want during the photo's -- she kept her eye on all of our hair, our necklaces, our hands (which is so important when you get your pictures back). She laughed with us and worked her charm on my 10 year old grandson who was definitely NOT into it and made it an enjoyable experience for all of us.
She knew her products and sold us on several side items when making our selections. Many only reach out to management when unhappy but I believe in advising management when you have a solid engaging employee as well.

“Clothes Mentor is a great place to turn in items for your closets and make more space in your wardrobe. What I like about Clothes Mentor is that you can bring in clothing, and accessories and traid them in for cash or store credit. It's where I like to bring my clothes that I don't wear as often or anymore. I've brought items from my wardrobe that weren't accepted because the items dont fit the current season but that staff is always kindly encourages me to bring them back in at a later time.
Clothes Mentor is also where I like to go first when I'm looking to add to my wardrobe. I really like finding a pre-loved item that fits my style and adding it to my wardrobe!

“It's ok. I mainly come here for jeans since I'm short. Not much of a selection in tops and dresses. Kind of gives me Old Navy/Aero vibes as far as every sweatshirt or hoodie having AE or American Eagle across it. This particular store has plenty of extra space to add more clothing in the back but it is really spaced out. A smidge pricey depending on what you are buying.”

I came in today not expecting to find anything in my size (I’m an XS) and to my delight I found jeans and tops that are not only beautiful but well priced. I have been a person who cried every time I went to a clothing store and realize a lot of that is from Gender, dysphoria And poor body image. Now I have been able to find that place inside of me that can love myself in my clothes and accept my body and Cherawn is a big part of that process.
