“Of the many banks I've had in different locations acoss the country, this one is the best- by far. This is the reason I stay with them after almost 20 years now.
Every person who ever answers the phone, every single time, is cordial, proficient, and professional. I have almost never had to wait on hold for service- and if so only briefly.
They take care of whatever your concern usually within just a few minutes. It is nice to work with an institution that has real people who answer your calls and actually listens to you, instead of talking to an AI voice machine.
There is no business I would rate better in terms of customer service.
