“The only problem I ever had with this bank was when it originally switched over from Centrue I was switched over to paper statements which could have put me in the negative since at the time I was away for school. They walked me through the process of switching over and were very patient with my impatience. Over the years I've seen the same tellers and bankers and they have always been pleasant and knowledgeable. Anytime I've called or visited, midland, they've been agreeable and straightforward with me; they make polite and pleasant conversation while keeping it short and professional and have taken well my needs. I can't see a single reason to disagree with this place even with the initial switch and the very real capacity to have gone into a negative balance. It's been over a year since that happened and I've had no similar problems, so I see no reason to remove a star for such a minor inconvenience.”
