Central Bank Illinois treats customers like valued customers. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They offer a high 4% on their Kasasa Saver. The bank has awesome online banking. The staff are warm and inviting, and go above and beyond for customers. They are knowledgeable about banking and products. Customers appreciate the help and service they receive, and are glad to be banking at Central Bank Illinois.
I am on the agriculture side of the lending and they have always treated me like i'm a valued customer. I do not consider going anywhere else.

Everyone is super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this bank to anyone & everyone. Also the 4% that they are paying on their Kasasa Saver is the highest percentage around.

Came in right before closing and Monica H said she would help us even if it held her over to fix our issue. We really appreciate her and Brianna for staying over and helping. They both offered to help us to make sure everything was correct on our part. We can't thank them both enough! Glad to be banking at Central bank!
