“I brought my mother to the Midland Bank in Peru to get Medallion signatures on two documents. Jamie Policky the Banking Center Manager was the person we met with to get this done. My mother had just come from the eye clinic just having had treatment for her eye. Jamie was very empathetic, showed patience, and was helpful and kind with my 92 old mother. She demonstrated excellent customer service making us both feel at ease in answering questions related to the documents. Jamie was a pleasure to work with.”

“Me and my fiance were trying to buy our first home. We were suggested Linda H by our bank (not central) saying she is really great for helping first time home owners or experienced ones. She was happy to see us and got us approved hassle free for the amount we needed! She went above and beyond. She explained things very well, which was really nice because a lot of this stuff was so new to us. She checked all aspects of the loan multiple times through out our buying proccess to see where she could save us money and get our rate down. She answered every question we had along the journey. I know its random, but she was so happy each time to help us, and that meant so much through out the process. If anything came up she was a call away and eager to help. Seriously cant thank Linda and the central bank crew enough! Its also nice knowing my loan is somewhere local that I can go to if anything comes up and not call an 800 number and be stuck on hold for a long time.”

“I am fairly new to IVCU but I have had nothing but great customer service. Each and every employee greets me with a smile and asks about my day as well as wishing me a good rest of my day. There was one incident I have had that upset me but after it was explained to me, it made sense and is just part of their policies . These policies are things myself and others should look into and understand before signing up with any bank to further educate ourselves on what they can and can’t do . It seems most are upset or confused of the policies in hand because they are not understood before an account is open. That is on us as a customer not asking these questions if they are not answered to us by the employee. Over all I think the ladies in there do a great job and are not rude at all at least at the Peru branch. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!”
