“I am fairly new to IVCU but I have had nothing but great customer service. Each and every employee greets me with a smile and asks about my day as well as wishing me a good rest of my day. There was one incident I have had that upset me but after it was explained to me, it made sense and is just part of their policies . These policies are things myself and others should look into and understand before signing up with any bank to further educate ourselves on what they can and can’t do . It seems most are upset or confused of the policies in hand because they are not understood before an account is open. That is on us as a customer not asking these questions if they are not answered to us by the employee. Over all I think the ladies in there do a great job and are not rude at all at least at the Peru branch. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!”
“I'm glad i have a local bank. I was cashing in some bonds today. The teller that waited on me was pleasant and so patient while I had to fill out the backs, everyone else that was waiting in customers was also pleasant and helpful with them.”
