“For me, it was a random stop, but I was impressed. It is not just any ordinary gas station shop. There are quite plenty of merchandise in here from key chain, Indian related item, picture (yes, picture in frame), and other things you can find in other gas stations.The most important thing is the restroom. It is clean. That is all you need to know. No smell, no spilling.I didn't pump my gas here because the price was $3.49 while it was $2.89 less than 10 miles away.”
“Was in Sunday 11/12/23 to purchase mouse traps and dog treats (Odd combo I know) Carla went above & beyond helping us find the mouse traps and was extremely amiable. We had our male Mastiff (Marshall) with us and although at 130 lbs can be intimidating he is very sweet and all the employees acknowledged him. Great store - amazing people”

“Once upon a time I was going through a difficult situation in life, as people sometimes do. I pulled in early in the morning with a mind full of what nows? I pre paid for fuel and drove away without pumping a drop. (Pause for laughter). I realized my mistake 40 miles northbound and called the store to swallow my pride and face the embarrassment of my mistake. Stephanie and the girls were very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. They went above and beyond to make me feel concerned about. Sometimes it takes 2 minutes of kindness to change someone's whole day. Thank you again!”

Her young female co-worker was having a loud, disruptive conversation with two friends so loudly I could not hear the lady waiting on me. “This Pilot Travel Center is an awesome location. For one, they have a casino inside. I hit a decent winner on the electronic slot machines. They also have a Subway inside too, which is always nice to have. There are plenty of pumps, so no waiting to fill up. Easy to get in and out of from right off the highway. The staff were friendly as well.”
“Always have very nice people who work there. If you're not able to get your own groceries or pizza by going into the all access fuel supply store, they are sweet enough to help you get everything back to your vehicle and make it a pleasant experience. The pizza is to die for.”
