“Much better of a business since the old owner left. Stopped coming in there entirely when he was there. Now, everything has been expanded, people seem to be much happier there, and business definitely seems to be up. Food options are greatly expanded, and are overall very good. Glad to support this business once again.”

“For me, it was a random stop, but I was impressed. It is not just any ordinary gas station shop. There are quite plenty of merchandise in here from key chain, Indian related item, picture (yes, picture in frame), and other things you can find in other gas stations. The most important thing is the restroom. It is clean. That is all you need to know. No smell, no spilling.I didn't pump my gas here because the price was $3.49 while it was $2.89 less than 10 miles away.”

“They have some pre-packaged subs but they were all stale. Other than that it’s a decent gas station. They have an attached laundromat and sell detergent and fabric softener too.”

“Was in Sunday 11/12/23 to purchase mouse traps and dog treats (Odd combo I know) Carla went above & beyond helping us find the mouse traps and was extremely amiable. We had our male Mastiff (Marshall) with us and although at 130 lbs can be intimidating he is very sweet and all the employees acknowledged him. Great store - amazing people”

“Once upon a time I was going through a difficult situation in life, as people sometimes do. I pulled in early in the morning with a mind full of what nows? I pre paid for fuel and drove away without pumping a drop. (Pause for laughter). I realized my mistake 40 miles northbound and called the store to swallow my pride and face the embarrassment of my mistake. Stephanie and the girls were very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. They went above and beyond to make me feel concerned about. Sometimes it takes 2 minutes of kindness to change someone's whole day. Thank you again!”

“This is a clean and friendly store. I stopped by the closest Casey's to me which is the one on Main st for doughnuts and walked out with nothing. Maybe they need better management and staff. Everyone, if you want fresh food that's not expired and or hot food that's not cooked by a long-haired employee with no hairnet then come to this store ! Thank you Ladies.”
505 S Court St, Marion IL 62959

“Now I know why you gas name the gas station loves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped here with a large group of trucks and parking was very limited. Even though we had to park in a no-parking area, the staff was extremely understanding, respectful, and professional. They treated all of us with kindness and did not rush or hassle anyone. This location clearly understands drivers and shows real appreciation for truckers. Thank you to the team for your patience and hospitality”
1117 Grand Ave, Johnston City IL 62951
“Thank you! I have been down visiting for days craving Casey's pizza. JC Casey's is the only location that actually had hot pizza in the display. Frustrating to go on a wild goose chase for a slice of pizza but definitely worth the wait.”

“First off, not sure why this isn't posting my name properly. I'm Cynthia Johanson. CVS Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since 2017 when I moved here from California. When I see all of these negative reviews it just blows my mind because I have been 100% satisfied with my West Frankfort CVS!!! They are hard working caring people who have always taken care of me. If you truly want a terrible CVS Pharmacy experience, go to Benton. Thank you West Frankfort CVS for being the hardworking people that you are!!!”

“I like the sales and clearance prices! The extra bucks is a great incentive to shop and they have great coupons in the app! They have 2-3 great people who work up front. The night crew are rude and act like it's a burden to ask a question when using self-checkout. I do not use the pharmacy due to insurance conflicts.”
