“I had some damage on my back bumper. I went to several places and got quotes ranging from $1200 to $2200 and was told they would have to replace the entire bumper (in addition to the scratch and dent) because of a tiny crack. The Dent Shop took pictures and quoted $718. When I went back to ask how much it would be if they repaired the scratch and dent only and left the crack, the owner offered to repair the entire thing for $600 and said they wouldn't need to replace the bumper. He told me to bring it in the next morning and that it would take two days. It was done by 3pm on the second day, and both the drop off and pick up were a breeze. It looks brand-new!”

“Can't say enough nice things about Eric and My Brother's Mechanic. I had a check engine light issue that I brought in for him to take a look at, he inspected my vehicle and gave me the honest answer about what is going on. Did not charge me and gave me advice on how to handle a warranty issue from another mechanic. Will definitely be taking my vehicle back to him in the future, 100% recommend.”

“Highly recommend for body work. They did an excellent job. I was the middle car in a collision so they fixed front and back and made the car look new again. They worked with me since I was not using insurance to fix it. Highly recommended.”

“I came in needing new wiper blades and a wrench for getting my plates put on, and Edward and Jayden were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They went beyond what I expected, making sure everything was installed correctly and even showed me how to get wiper blades on and off myself. They even assisted me with my plates. Their willingness to help really stood out. It is not every day you receive that level of service, and I truly appreciate it.”

“Unexpectedly, the rivet which went to the hinge on my Undercover hard top broke on Wednesday, and it left me with a hard top which was off-kilter and not safe to drive in that manner. My experiences with Mark, Mike, and Raphael the technician were beyond excellent. Both Mark and Mike were very pleasant and very helpful. Raphael the technician was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful also and did an excellent job of repairing the problem. I am so very glad and very grateful I was referred to them. They completely knew what they were doing, and I am very comfortable with the proper repairs which were made to the hard top.”

“Very impressed with how smooth the process was! I had extensive hail damage and was able to drop my car off and a rental car was arranged. The repair work was done quickly and I was well informed throughout the process. The national line was not helpful or kind when I spoke to them but locally, Chinda Chou was informative and kind. He is the reason I decided to bring my car in and I couldnt be happier with the result!”

“I have only bought Buick cars for the last 14 years at the same dealer unfortunately that Buick dealer closed so I was looking for another place. Fortunately, I found hot Buick and Joliet. In particular. I ran across a sales person by the name of Quintin Rose the whole experience was very professional upfront and without any pushing for a decision, he answered all the questions straightforward. I bought the vehicle there after checking out two other dealerships. Again, I can’t stress enough what a pleasant experience. It was dealing with Quentin Rose and the general manager at the facility.”

“Good store, good management, and good guys. Always helpful and knowledgeable. They put my battery in and are willing to check and see what they can do. And if they can they help and they do what they can. And even rise to the occasion. I keep going back. Location is convenient too in and out.”

“I arrived soon after opening on a Saturday. I did not know batteries were not installed on Saturday. However, the salesman advised of a nearby auto repair shop, CCP Automotive Inc. Mr. Alvaro Cervantes, who was in the shop preparing for Monday. He installed my battery for a reasonable fee, I took the old battery back to Interstate for destroying it, and I was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Although I had an extra step on a Saturday, it was worth getting the installation completed. I usually have everything done at Interstate. I could not install it myself, heavy. Both interstate and CCP carried the battery.”

“I stopped in today to get new headlights. Kayden helped me and provided the absolutely best experience I could have had. He helped in install my headlights, which sounds easy, but requires the bumper of my car to be taken off. He did it all with a positive attitude. I'm a regular person and usually dread having to get anything done on my car, but this was the best service I've ever gotten anywhere. I should also mention he was multi-tasking and helping other customers while helping me. There should be a very bright future for him at any company and O'Reilly is lucky to have him on their team. Rarely these days do you get customer service like that. Customer for life.”

“In a world full of performance shops you can’t trust with your vehicle, Modern Muscle is not one of them. I had a great experience with them. I had taken my car to another shop to put a built transmission in my ‘06 300 SRT8. They installed it fine, but they hit me with extra charges and the end, and come to find out, a messed up tune. Car ran like crap ever since it left there. The old shop didn’t want anything to do with fixing their messed up work. Modern muscle had been a recommended shop to me for a while, and when the other shop didn’t want to fix it, I took it here. I’ve never been more impressed with a performance shop. Brad dealt with me at the counter and over the phone. He called after the diagnostic and made sure I was satisfied with every part of the process. From the front desk to the guys in the shop, these guys know what they’re doing. I will be back in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their ride.”

“Everyone here was so friendly and helpful! I haven't had the nicest experiences with people at car dealerships in the past so it was super refreshing to get to work with people who actually cared about working with me. James was incredible and helped me get a great deal. He even helped me with all the intricacies of the new car and made sure I didn't forget anything in my trade in. The little things really add up!”

“Great Experience from Purchase to Service I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu RS and had an excellent experience with the dealership. Jimmy P. was extremely helpful, honest, and trustworthy throughout the entire purchasing process. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a clunking noise and brought it in to be inspected. I contacted the dealership right away and spoke with Brian, who was very responsive and scheduled me for an appointment promptly. I was informed that the issue was the rear knuckles. Throughout the service process, I was in contact with Megan. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain the issue and the repairs clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very pleased with the customer service I received from Jimmy, Brian, and Megan. They went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed and that my vehicle was taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing quality service!”

“Just purchased my 1st Subaru after looking for a year! We tried two other dealers and got nothing but BS. Adding on " dealer warranties" telling us the " Costco discount is going to expire" among other lies. Andres at Hawk was kind and not pushy. He was very pleasant and straightforward to work with. Made sure we had what we needed, was upfront with the price and didn't push any extra accessories we didn't need onto us. Also, gave us exactly what CarMax quoted on the trade in without a negotiation. We've already recommended him to our neighbor whose looking for a Subaru. Worth the drive from Villa Park.”

“Customer service is great! Crash champions has fixed my vehicle multiple times. I had brought in my vehicle to get an estimate as some kind of liquid had messed up a small spot of paint of my hood. Adrian had helped me and had buffed the spot! The staff are always very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here and trusting them with your vehicle!”
