“Can't say enough nice things about Eric and My Brother's Mechanic. I had a check engine light issue that I brought in for him to take a look at, he inspected my vehicle and gave me the honest answer about what is going on. Did not charge me and gave me advice on how to handle a warranty issue from another mechanic. Will definitely be taking my vehicle back to him in the future, 100% recommend.”
“I got a new vehicle and removed the dealer’s logo sticker on the back. Unfortunately it left a ton of adhesive and the dealer recommended coming here to have it removed. Couldn’t have had a better experience here! Junior took care of the issue in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. Hopefully I don’t need them anytime in the future, but if I do have a car issue I would definitely go back to them!”
“I came in needing new wiper blades and a wrench for getting my plates put on, and Edward and Jayden were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They went beyond what I expected, making sure everything was installed correctly and even showed me how to get wiper blades on and off myself. They even assisted me with my plates. Their willingness to help really stood out. It is not every day you receive that level of service, and I truly appreciate it.”

Brad is always helping me with my ideas to do to my car and make it as efficient as possible. They will even give you a couple different ways to go about something. When i say these guys work for the customer I mean it. “Great Experience from Purchase to Service
I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu RS and had an excellent experience with the dealership. Jimmy P. was extremely helpful, honest, and trustworthy throughout the entire purchasing process. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.
Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a clunking noise and brought it in to be inspected. I contacted the dealership right away and spoke with Brian, who was very responsive and scheduled me for an appointment promptly. I was informed that the issue was the rear knuckles.
Throughout the service process, I was in contact with Megan. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain the issue and the repairs clearly, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the customer service I received from Jimmy, Brian, and Megan. They went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed and that my vehicle was taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing quality service!”

“I received very professional help with a car repair here. I was given an estimate along with a detailed explanation of what steps would be taken to make the repairs. I was also given information on steps involved if hidden damage was discovered during the repairs. The shop beat their ETA on repairs and the work performed was top notch. Everything from the collision was completely reversed. When picking up the car, I was given information about the repair and steps to take for any questions that may come up. I was confident in choosing Crash Champions with a guaranteed for life repair. Would absolutely recommend.”
“Unexpectedly, the rivet which went to the hinge on my Undercover hard top broke on Wednesday, and it left me with a hard top which was off-kilter and not safe to drive in that manner. My experiences with Mark, Mike, and Raphael the technician were beyond excellent. Both Mark and Mike were very pleasant and very helpful. Raphael the technician was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful also and did an excellent job of repairing the problem. I am so very glad and very grateful I was referred to them. They completely knew what they were doing, and I am very comfortable with the proper repairs which were made to the hard top.”
“I stopped in today to get new headlights. Kayden helped me and provided the absolutely best experience I could have had. He helped in install my headlights, which sounds easy, but requires the bumper of my car to be taken off. He did it all with a positive attitude. I'm a regular person and usually dread having to get anything done on my car, but this was the best service I've ever gotten anywhere.
I should also mention he was multi-tasking and helping other customers while helping me. There should be a very bright future for him at any company and O'Reilly is lucky to have him on their team. Rarely these days do you get customer service like that. Customer for life.”
