“Contours is awesome! I had to have a pretty large scrape repaired from someone side swiping my car, and it turned out great. It looked brand new and the color matched perfectly. I was initially skeptical because his quote was less than half of what two other places quoted me, but I heard great things about their work and they definitely exceeded my expectations. It was also a very quick turn around time and the final price was exactly what he quoted - no surprises.I was so impressed that I took my car back there for a new issue. I initially took it to the dealer since it's still under warranty, but since the rear windshield fluid line was chewed up by an animal, it wasn't covered. The dealer said they did a temporary fix, but there was fluid all over my cabin, so I took it right to Contours. Robert was so nice and helpful. He got my car in on the spot and put in a temporary fix until the can get the part in.”

“Recently brought my 2020 Eco Sport in for a tire repair. I was asked if I'd like a complementary car wash when I arrived, to which I said YES, of course. They had it fixed within an hour. When I came out to pick up the car, it was obviously not washed....so I asked if they were going to wash it. I was told that their car wash was "broken" and they were so sorry. But, I got the feeling, based on the looks on their faces, that the cost of my repair job didn't warrent a complementary car wash.Being in the Customer Service buisness myself, I'd have offered the customer a free wash any day they wanted to come back, or a voucher at a different car wash...so they didn't walk away without it. Just silly for FORD to act so cheap....”

Adding on " dealer warranties" telling us the " Costco discount is going to expire" among other lies. Andres at Hawk was kind and not pushy. He was very pleasant and straightforward to work with. “So mad they are closing this Walmart , this store has very friendly staff especially in the pharmacy , although Walgreens is much more convenient I go to Plainfield Walmart for the pharmacy and usually spend no less than $100 on other items. I guess it's back to Walgreens as I'm not a fan of the Walmart in Naperville and Shorewood is too far. Don't be surprised if you loose a lot of customers.”
