Far better service, quality of work and personalized attention by them. Sean was excellent and a pleasure to work with. He and his team took excellent care of my vehicle. “I was looking for a good mechanic in the area. I found 59 Auto Repair on the internet. Stopped by after work to make an oil change appointment. First impression I received was from Marisa. She gave excellent customer service. I made the appointment but I needed windshield wiper fluid. As a courtesy they filled it up with no charge. When I went back for the oil change appointment. James was good. He broke everything down to me about the maintenance report on my car needed. I also got other work done after I received my information on what my car needed. Marisa was so nice she gave me a discount off my bill. They take very good care of their customers. Overall, the work & service was excellent. Definitely would recommend”

I had a check engine light issue that I brought in for him to take a look at, he inspected my vehicle and gave me the honest answer about what is going on. Brad is always helping me with my ideas to do to my car and make it as efficient as possible. They will even give you a couple different ways to go about something. When i say these guys work for the customer I mean it. I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu RS and had an excellent experience with the dealership. Jimmy P. was extremely helpful, honest, and trustworthy throughout the entire purchasing process. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.
Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a clunking noise and brought it in to be inspected. I contacted the dealership right away and spoke with Brian, who was very responsive and scheduled me for an appointment promptly. I was informed that the issue was the rear knuckles.
Throughout the service process, I was in contact with Megan. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain the issue and the repairs clearly, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the customer service I received from Jimmy, Brian, and Megan. They went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed and that my vehicle was taken care of.
