“This was our first time working with PKW. They were friendly, helpful, and thorough with all of the issues with our car. The work was done on time and at the cost we agreed to which was significantly less than the BMW dealership. We are very pleased with the experience and will definitely call them the next time the car needs work done.”

“There detail of there work and honest and upfront with their customers is incredible. I have been taking my antique car to them on and off for 7 or 8 years. I have had no reservations about referring them to members in the car clubs I belong to. There are not many shops like this around any more.”

“I had some damage on my back bumper. I went to several places and got quotes ranging from $1200 to $2200 and was told they would have to replace the entire bumper (in addition to the scratch and dent) because of a tiny crack. The Dent Shop took pictures and quoted $718. When I went back to ask how much it would be if they repaired the scratch and dent only and left the crack, the owner offered to repair the entire thing for $600 and said they wouldn't need to replace the bumper. He told me to bring it in the next morning and that it would take two days. It was done by 3pm on the second day, and both the drop off and pick up were a breeze. It looks brand-new!”

“Can't say enough nice things about Eric and My Brother's Mechanic. I had a check engine light issue that I brought in for him to take a look at, he inspected my vehicle and gave me the honest answer about what is going on. Did not charge me and gave me advice on how to handle a warranty issue from another mechanic. Will definitely be taking my vehicle back to him in the future, 100% recommend.”

“I was looking for a good mechanic in the area. I found 59 Auto Repair on the internet. Stopped by after work to make an oil change appointment. First impression I received was from Marisa. She gave excellent customer service. I made the appointment but I needed windshield wiper fluid. As a courtesy they filled it up with no charge. When I went back for the oil change appointment. James was good. He broke everything down to me about the maintenance report on my car needed. I also got other work done after I received my information on what my car needed. Marisa was so nice she gave me a discount off my bill. They take very good care of their customers. Overall, the work & service was excellent. Definitely would recommend”

“I can’t say enough good things about DJ’s Auto Truck Repair in Plainfield. I’ve brought multiple trucks to them over the years, and every single time they have gone above and beyond to take care of me. They understand that I depend on my trucks for work, and whenever I’ve explained that I was in a bind or needed something done quickly, they’ve done everything they could to work around my schedule and get me back on the road. What really stands out to me is how much they genuinely care about their customers—they stand behind their work, communicate well, and make sure you leave taken care of. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been respectful, professional, and honest. Finding a diesel shop you can truly trust is incredibly important, and DJ’s has earned that trust from me many times over. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my trucks to them, and I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, dependable diesel and truck repair shop.”

“Very impressed with how smooth the process was! I had extensive hail damage and was able to drop my car off and a rental car was arranged. The repair work was done quickly and I was well informed throughout the process. The national line was not helpful or kind when I spoke to them but locally, Chinda Chou was informative and kind. He is the reason I decided to bring my car in and I couldnt be happier with the result!”

“I have only bought Buick cars for the last 14 years at the same dealer unfortunately that Buick dealer closed so I was looking for another place. Fortunately, I found hot Buick and Joliet. In particular. I ran across a sales person by the name of Quintin Rose the whole experience was very professional upfront and without any pushing for a decision, he answered all the questions straightforward. I bought the vehicle there after checking out two other dealerships. Again, I can’t stress enough what a pleasant experience. It was dealing with Quentin Rose and the general manager at the facility.”

“My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Madison. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely respectful throughout the entire process. She encouraged us to take our time, answered all of our questions, and let us test drive multiple cars without ever feeling rushed or pressured. It was clear she was there to help us find the right fit, not just make a sale. We’re really happy with our new car and so grateful for Madison’s support. Highly recommend working with her and will recommend Hawk Mazda to family/friends.”

“I arrived soon after opening on a Saturday. I did not know batteries were not installed on Saturday. However, the salesman advised of a nearby auto repair shop, CCP Automotive Inc. Mr. Alvaro Cervantes, who was in the shop preparing for Monday. He installed my battery for a reasonable fee, I took the old battery back to Interstate for destroying it, and I was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Although I had an extra step on a Saturday, it was worth getting the installation completed. I usually have everything done at Interstate. I could not install it myself, heavy. Both interstate and CCP carried the battery.”

“Henry and Javier brought my Ghia back to life and now I have a daily driver that everyone on the road admires. It's not easy fixing older cars and a 50 year old car requires both art and science and HenJav have mastered both. I have seen every manner of high end European cars in this shop while checking in. From Jaguar, Porsche, Mini, and VW they fix them all.”

I haven't had the nicest experiences with people at car dealerships in the past so it was super refreshing to get to work with people who actually cared about working with me. James was incredible and helped me get a great deal. He even helped me with all the intricacies of the new car and made sure I didn't forget anything in my trade in. The little things really add up!”
