“Our 17 year old took our car for an oil change yesterday. The employees were all very kind to him and welcoming! The oil change was fast, under a half hour too. When he was paying we had an issue with his debit card. The gentleman who was ringing him up was very patient and helped him to get his card info. Great experience overall for my son who is learning how to be responsible with his car and how to take care of it. We booked our appointment in advance online which was also super easy! He quickly identified the issue (spark plugs), and quickly serviced my vehicle. I was able to pick up my vehicle the same day! He didn't try to up sell me and the price was extremely reasonable. “I had the WORST experience at the Tuffy on 135th Street... Long story short, they screwed up my car replacing my alternator and I put a credit claim on my payment and they submitted a forged invoice as proof and were incredibly rude to me. Anywho, the alternator they replaced crapped out less than a month later ... Being that it was under warranty, and I didn't have to take it back to that location, I brought it to this one. Tim and his team were amazing, they took care of me/my car and def restored my faith in the brand!!”

“All around a great shop and had a five star experience. I had scheduled my 08 Nissan 350z to be towed in after not being able to figure out a no start issue. Molero was the main person in contact with me. He had great communication, patience and was extremely well versed when it came to the car. They were able to identify the issue which was a bad fuel pump and even checked for other issues with a full inspection and put in a new quality battery. “Why Interstate, and why this location? Interstate is huge and national. If you ever have a problem, it’s pretty easy to find an Interstate location and resolve the issue. Also, batteries die from age. Thanks to the volume they do, their batteries are always fresh. With AGMs, that’s important.
Why this location? They have great inventory, give you a fair price, and treat you well. What more could you ask?
