I’m not sure about other experiences, but I had an experience with my insurance rejecting medication and the pharmacist I spoke to did whatever she could to help out. Both of the pharmacists were super kind ladies who clearly work very hard to make the process smooth for everyone.

Worse pharmacy we've had so far. Walgreens and Osco both were better but our insurance provider forces us here. Never make their quoted times which are always at least an hour. Never waited so long in a drive thru so long (outer one broke most of the time so you have to wait for covid tests to be done) Try anywhere else.
