“My phone is my life line. I had an extremely hard time transferring my data when I upgraded from a 13pro to a 17pro. Went to Dr gadget and James explained precisely how to re factory reset & re transfer all data. What a life saver!! Dr Gadget is my go to for all my phone repairs and questions. “I was sent information that an upgrade was available to my current Verizon phone. I went to the store to see the new phome. I decided to upgrade, all charges were clearly explained. The phone color I wanted had to be ordered but only took a couple of days. When the phone came in, the purchase was as discussed previously, and Alec the sales associate transferred my data and Apps from my old phone to my new phone. The phone upgrade process went as advertised, I would recommend using this location for Verizon phone purchases.”
