“We had an outstanding experience at the Plainfield branch today. We purchased a couple of colors off of the paint swatches online. Of course, we didn’t factor in for the variation from real life colors. The guys at the Plainfield branch willingly modified our white color by adding a tint to it and making it closer to what we were really looking for.They could’ve easily said no. But they went above and beyond to accommodate our request.They have found a customer for life ?”

“My wife had picked out a paint that was made by Sherwin Williams, so I went to their store first. Their people were cordial, but not great and they only sold samples in quart size or larger. I then went to your store in Naperville. I was instantly greeted by "hello, we will be right with you." Then I worked with Leslie who was great. The next day, I needed to come back and again was greeted warmly. This time I was helped by Jan, who like Leslie from the day before was extremely helpful. I was able to get the samples in sample size container, mixed exactly as I needed by Andy. My total experience, both days was fabulous. Needless to say, I will continue to make my purchases and have my painter make theirs from J C Licht. You are the BEST!Jack Ehlert”
“The sales girl at this store was amazing. I brought in a 3 year old ripped label looking for a paint to do touch ups. She helped track down the original store it was purchased from, called them to find the colors and recipes and googled images to help make sure we had the right image. So friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!!”
“This place is as good as it gets when it comes to service and knowledge. I’m just a hobbyist that went in looking for recommendations on paint and what products I should use for painting my project car. I showed Joe some reference photos for a paint color I was hoping to get and although they didn’t have it, he was able to custom mix a badass color that was exactly what I was looking for. Joe set me up with everything I needed for my specific project (size, primers, reducers etc) and even gave tons of great advice on entry level spray guns, nozzle sizes for the products I purchased.You can tell Joe and the rest of the crew here know what they are doing and have a passion for what they do. I’m glad shops like this still exist where they will take the time to work with you no matter your experience level and provide you with budget friendly options that will still get the job done right.F’n great experience all around and I will definitely be back.(Pics are just a test panel to see how the color looks)”

“FIVE Star Sherwin Williams Location. This particular store is my favorite. Everytime I go into this location they help me with not only color but how to get my projects right. Recently, I went in with a problem and they helped me solve it and then help me how to proceed with the other walls. Nick was great with all my questions as well!”
