“Tyler at the Yorkville store was extremely helpful in my family's transition into new phones and service with Verizon. New phones and a new provider for a family of four can be a bit daunting, but Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs. Our experience was such a great introduction to Verizon and we will definitely be back for any and all future needs!”

“The staff at the Yorkville IL store was phenomenal. I had to get a replacement phone a few months ago. Unfortunately I had to go to the store to pick up the phone. The young lady who assist me had good customer service. The manager step in and helped also. He was very patient and helped me get my replacement phone up and ready. It took a while but he didn't show no irritation. I appreciate them allot.”
