“The staff at the Yorkville IL store was phenomenal. I had to get a replacement phone a few months ago. Unfortunately I had to go to the store to pick up the phone. The young lady who assist me had good customer service. The manager step in and helped also. He was very patient and helped me get my replacement phone up and ready. It took a while but he didn't show no irritation. I appreciate them allot.”

“I was told to go to this store if I wanted the latest tech and offerings from T-Mobile. I didn't want to travel, but it did end up being worth it. This location is much nicer than any other location I have visited. The employees were all personable, respectful and very pleasant despite them dealing with a plumbing issue when I visited. They understood how the devices worked, how to fix problems without calling other places and they were truly sorry I had a problem and needed to come to them. I believe Stephanie helped me as we discussed our bearded dragons and love of animals. I'll fix her name if I'm wrong as this will be the only store I go to now. 5 stars out of 5 stars for everything. The phone staff were professional when I called and everyone was busy with customers. I think this is the most well put together T-Mobile I've ever seen. I attribute 80 percent of this review to the staff and 50 percent of that is easily just Stephanie if not way more.”

So thankful for all of the work he put in today to get me a new phone, cancel my old service, get my number switched and upload all of my stuff from my old phone. Did I mention it stopped swiping?! “Had a major hiccup getting my number transferred from one plan to my very own plan after Verizon messed some stuff up on their end. Had to leave work early, came in and was helped by Kevin. He was exceptionally helpful and very nice as we tried to figure out how to fix the problem. Took just under 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service to get everything fixed. As we waited he did a great job installing a screen protector on my new phone! I now know who to go to when I'm having issues with anything!”
