“The staff at the Yorkville IL store was phenomenal. I had to get a replacement phone a few months ago. Unfortunately I had to go to the store to pick up the phone. The young lady who assist me had good customer service. The manager step in and helped also. He was very patient and helped me get my replacement phone up and ready. It took a while but he didn't show no irritation. I appreciate them allot.”

“I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile a few days ago. It was a disastrous experience that took over 4 hours and eventually resulted in my complete loss of phone service. When I finally got an on-line chat with them they said my only recourse was to visit a T-Mobile store. I was very angry. Anthony at the T-Mobile on 34 in Oswego was just what I needed. He not only solved my connection problems and clarified other things about the account but he also signed me up for the over 55 discount - something my over-the-phone salesperson never mentioned. I am not real happy with T-Mobile but very grateful to Anthony for his thoughtful professionalism.”
“Had a major hiccup getting my number transferred from one plan to my very own plan after Verizon messed some stuff up on their end. Had to leave work early, came in and was helped by Kevin. He was exceptionally helpful and very nice as we tried to figure out how to fix the problem. Took just under 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service to get everything fixed. As we waited he did a great job installing a screen protector on my new phone! I now know who to go to when I'm having issues with anything!”
