I had a disappointing experience at the post office today in Plano. The employee assisting me, Gayla, was so unfriendly and seemed irritated the entire time. I was simply there to send a package to my significant other in the military overseas, and her attitude made the process more stressful than it needed to be.
I was nothing but polite from the moment I walked in and left, (even when I could have been rude back to her)
The entire time I was there, Gayla was huffing and puffing the entire time. Through the paper down at me, not being respectful as she’s talking to me…I don’t understand her issue. Literally didn’t welcome me in, ask if I needed help. Just so disrespectful

Just moved in the plano area last August. Ever since I have been here. I have been having issues of missing mail. I get a email showing what mail Im getting for the day and I never received them. This happened to us 3 times. Im going to report this place and make sure someone gets fired for this.

Had a very unpleasant experience with gentleman who was there around opening time today, 10/30. You could tell he was annoyed that I was there. I was trying to be nice but he obviously was not interested. I was having a hard time with an envelope he gave me and let him know. He responded with silence and it even seemed like he made an annoyed gesture. After I continued to struggle, he finally said he had a bigger one. Not sure why he waited for me to continue to struggle in silence, right in front of him. I finally got it to work, very poorly but it did. By then, I was disappointed at his attitude and poor customer service so I handed him my items and asked him what to do next. He didn’t say anything and just took my items and charged me. I’m not sure if this guy is being held against his will at a job he does not want but that’s the impression I got from how he treated me.

they are quick to deflect issues regarding tracking. If a package reads online that it's at your facility, shows arrival information without a departure date, then your post office is responsible. It's simple and disgustingly juvenile to say anything else. Own it. It's not personal and moreover, we can't fix issues if people are not willing to accept and work on an institution's obvious deficiencies. I have nothing but respect for our post offices and it's disappointing to have to say so here.

The lakewood south carrier might be the laziest individual I have ever come across will fraudulently report package to be held so he doesn't have to get out of his vehicle has happened multiple times

4 years ago up to 2018 service was really bad all the way , postal police was involved , but now I see great improvement with new employees doing good job . Thanks .

I ordered from here a month ago and still have not received my product. No one will answer the phone or email me back. Highly displeased with customer service and ability to send out products within a timely manner.

I got a letter stating that this post office is discontinuing my mail ,their excuse our dog is causing difficulty and animal interference with delivery of our mail,my dog was in our screened in porch,she barked a little snarling but she was wagging her tail she couldn't get near the postal carriers at all! They falsely made statements about the dog being a risk to them stating that we have to sign stating that we control our dog monday through Saturday ! We do controlling our dog! The dog is never alone ! The dog was on the my brother they were on the porch relaxing he had complete contact of the ! Theres no reason for this behavior from the post office! The told the supervisor that the dog was interfering with their job! The dog was no where near them the porch is screened in! The dog had no access to the carrier! I'm signing a paper so can keep getting our family s mail! The idea they can make a false statement about my dog and get away with it,not right!!

I went in to get the mail from my Post Office Box(for some unknown reason, I never got a key!). I told the young lady at the counter why I was there and I mentioned that I didn't have a key yet, then she, abruptly, cut me off and asked what the box number was. I told her and she said, rudely, hold on. She got the mail and brought it to me. I went through it for there were a few letters that weren't mine. I handed them to her. She said ok, and walked away! I STILL didn't get a key!!
