“I had the best experience here. I work in Highland but live out of town and my belt on my tire was either broken or something causing my car to vibrate. Called Larry's to get a quote on 4 new tires and they were very reasonable. They did not carry them in stock but had them delivered that afternoon and installed later that afternoon. I was very impressed with the professionalism and am going to get tires for my other two vehicles there.”

“Was a pleasure working w/ Adam to arrange work. He was very polite & patient to consider carefully what I needed & expected for my VW Jetta. I am probably one of the more “detailed” customers engaged intimately into mfg recommended maintenance, repair & circumstances involving all the machines I’ve owned & managed over many years. I received prompt text updates during/after service. Adam was able to answer all questions sufficiently. We collaborated very well to address only the things required, align on all aspects of vehicle health/status. Actual costs of service aligned with estimates. I felt Keith’s assessment of the car’s condition was accurate and well substantiated. Adam arranged a drive w/ a tech to evaluate further a suspect transmission bearing failure, encouraging some technical research to discover potential root causes and gravity of what this potential might mean in the health & longevity of the car. I am looking for a capable, trusted resource to partner with me in keeping all my VW cars in good shape. I am feeing confident in Keith’s so far. “I called Jascur, fuming mad about something broken on my kids new (to her) car that Walmart blamed on the last person who changed the oil. I did research and that was Jascur. Well, turns out Jascur did NOT do said thing. The owner of Jascur was still SO kind to me and took the time out of his day RIGHT THEN to come look at my kids car at Walmart and take care of the issue EVEN THOUGH HE WASN'T EVEN AT FAULT! That is amazing customer service! We will be using him from now on. My dad even said he is going to drive the 45 minutes to use him from now on! You really can’t get much better service than that. Long winded, but the owner of Jascur is a wonderful man and capable of dealing with super overwhelmed, freaked out, dramatic women like me. Bravo. Lol”

“Wasn't the cheapest, but was the best.Bought leveling shocks for my truck but didn't like the look of cheap rental spring compressors to be able to do it myself. I called just shy of a dozen different places to get estimates and timelines. My usual places told me they didn't have the equipment to do an alignment after a lift. Some places never called me back. Some places were closer and cheaper. Some places were way more expensive. Auto Tech in highland had the soonest appointment, for a better than middle of the pack price, and when he called me back he gave an exact quote and was polite and professional. I trusted other reviews here I can say that I am 100% satisfied. Truck looks much leveled, and my alignment is so spot on the the darn thing kept yelling at me to keep my hands on the wheel because it didn't need any input from me to keep her going straight and it thought I took my hand away.”

“I was very pleased with the body work performed on my vehicle at Steve Schmitt. Their friendly, helpful staff assisted me with identifying damaged areas and planning the repairs in a way to limit the time I went without my van. The finished product looked great (way better than expected) and the detailed cleaning they did prior to returning the vehicle was fantastic! There was a hiccup with communicating the timing of the work completion on my vehicle, but I felt the staff handled the problem and made it right for me in the end. Thank you!”

“We have been taking our cars to Z-1 for nearly 19 years and we have always been more than satisfied with their service! From routine service like oil changes to towing our car late on a rainy Friday night, cleaning out chopped up mice in our AC fan on a hot day, tracking down an unheard of issue with our brakes - they have always been there to keep our vehicles running and keep us safe on the roads. everyone in the shop is friendly and professional. We recently were in the shop when a young man on his way home for Christmas had an expensive breakdown and did not know how he was going to pay for the parts and labor to get his car running again. Josh went above and beyond and generously found a way to get the car repaired so the young man could get back on the road. great mechanics and great people!”

“The owner helped us when we were stranded with a cracked radiator while driving back from Ohio after my father’s sudden passing heading home to Oklahoma. This man not only took time out of his day to run a pressure test to diagnose the problem, he called multiple places to try and get us a radiator. Unfortunately everywhere was out of it and he told us of a radiator sealant to hopefully get us home. He also gave us water jugs to keep topping off our coolant during our drive. This complete stranger who could have easily turned us away, took the time to help us at no charge. If we lived in your town, I’d be recommending you to everyone. From the bottom of my heart, thank you sir for all of your time and help.”
