Shell is a convenient stop-off point for gas, often seen as a reliable option when other stations close. The stores are usually clean and the bathrooms are pretty clean and well-stocked. They offer a wide variety of things and the pumps have the tap pay option. However, the business has developed a not so positive reputation as of late. The snacks on the shelves are usually stale and the prices are a bit outrageous. Communication between staff and customers is primal at best, and the person at the register isn't always paying attention. Despite this, exceptional service occurs, such as staff helpfully mailing a lost credit card back to customers, which saves a lot of time and creates positive experiences that make people look forward to stopping there again.
Stopped in at 1:30am staff was very helpful and friendly to me and my family we appreciated the cashier making sure we found what we needed and answering our questions politely would recommend stopping here 😊
