Clerk on duty was very rude! They MISLEAD ON PRICING. Bottle of water marked for $2.59 was $3.19 when he rang @ the registered.

A stop off point to put more gas into the car on my way to Chicago. Glad to see this Shell is still open , as it appears the Wally's put the Amoco out of business. This Shell has the tap pay option on their pumps.

Quick gas pumps, parking lot clean, and no complaints. Store neat and clean- lots of variety of snacks.

We are snowbirds from Canada, and on a recent trip to Phoenix Arizona, we stopped at the Pontiac Shell for gas and a break. We had a coffee and a delicious sweet bun, then carried on. Upon arriving at our hotel in St. Louis, we realized our credit card was missing. My wife suggested we call shell gas and see if it was left there. We spoke with a young lady name Angela, who confirmed they had found the credit card so I asked her if it would be possible to mail it to us in Arizona. NO PROBLEM was her response! Once we arrived in Arizona, we found the credit card waiting for us. We want to thank Angela. for the time she spent looking for the card and then being courteous enough to mail it to us. It certainly saved a lot of time contacting visa to have them cancel our card and send out a replacement. Hats off to Angela for a tremendous job. We look forward to stopping there on the way back. Was closed and not 1 person working. They all went on break at same time smoking cigarettes and watched 7 customers drive off. I went to Wally’s and will never be back at shell again.

The pontiac police like to hang out there for traffic stops at Wally or business along the road. Made sure your Paperwork is in order before you come here.

That big fat lady that works there with F…. Piercing into her cheeks! Is trashy white animal. I told her that her coffee is old and she stated that I am trying to have a free one… did she think ( even if it is free ) that I would drink it and it’s stinks? Wrong fat lady. The owner of the station should put in mind if he keeps you he will lose tons of customers. She has to clean the floor and clean a lot better than fighting with clients. It is a nasty unclean station.
