The room was very comfortable, good size and very clean. The same about the bathroom. The swimming pool has a very good size and the water was very warm. Both receptionists, Ray and Connie, were very kind. Ray recognized my elite status with Best Western, and gave me 2 bottles of water.Roxi took well care of breakfast, which was very complete! The hotel is in very good shape, with the exception of the elevator. The elevator did a pretty scary noise, and it was not working for a few minutes. It needs service.Good and safe location of the hotel. The $100.01 deposit was pending in my credit card for 8 days (it was cancelled after 8 days of my stay).

We booked a room here for a place to stay after a fund raising event. We were declined at check in because we live within 50 miles of the hotel. No warning. They should catch this when you book the room. It's not ok to decline someone access at the last minute.

The most friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of being around! Extremely clean rooms just a all around wonderful place to stay has the feeling of being at home. I would recommend this hotel over any other in the surrounding area. 5-stars + if there was a 10 star hotel this would be the one. The General Manager was very sweet and answered every question I had without hesitation and you could tell that her and her staff were more like family than co workers. The front desk clerk's that i spoke to Constance and Ashton were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area. A 10 star hotel in my books. I will continue to do all my business with this establishment every time I am in the area.Rooms: Extremely cleanFood & drinks: This place has the best breakfast bar out of all the hotel's I have stayed at, it even beats the plaza hotel as far as I am concerned.

My husband and I have a date weekend once a month where we rent a room and go to a nice dinner to get away from the hustle of life. My husband called to get a room and because we weren't more than 50 miles away from our home they wouldn't rent us a room. Very disappointed and feel like we were not treated as a valued customer. Our money spends just as well as someone over 50 miles away! What a terrible way to treat guests who wanted to stay at your place of business.Maybe if you all would hold the ones responsible who caused the problems vs new guests who are just a middle age couple trying to enjoy a weekend get a way everyone would be happier. After all just because someone lives less than 50 miles away doesn't mean they will be destructive to your business. Likewise just because someone lives more than 50 miles away doesn't mean they won't be destructive to the property. Maybe if your worried about potential guests being destructive find out their age before you turn them away. At the age of 55 and 54 we always leave our rooms in great shape when we leave. Our parents taught us how to respect the property of other people. Sad day in our society when the innocent are held responsible instead of those who are not.

Always my go-to hotel in the region. Great truck parking, food in walking distance, and not too far off the highway. Service is always great, as well. Rooms are spotless, and everything works. Will continue to come back here.

Ahhh, I've been sitting on writing this review for a bit because so much happened during the 2 and a half(ish) months I stayed here.First and foremost, HUGE SHOUT OUT AND KUDOS to Connie & Ray. Every single interaction I had with both of them was always good, friendly, and always met with a smile. The rooms themselves were clean, beds were comfortable, and overall spacious. Also there is a Lot for truck parking big enough for Trucks with Trailers, and oversized loads. There was a night we had a storm roll through and power was cut for 7+ hours. I do understand that was out of the control of anyone but Ray still went above and beyond to try to take care of everything under his control. My biggest complaint staying here was just the location. Besides McDonald's, Taco Bell, Tres Camino's, and a Chevron nothing was really "close" enough for me. If I wanted to go to to any store it was more than a 15 minute drive which just got tiring after a while. One other teeny complaint I do have is in regards to Breakfast. I stayed 2.5 .months and probably only had breakfast a total of 15 times. A couple times I ft like I couldn't eat to comfortable because I was told I put to much on my plate.Overall I had a good stay here and would ore than likely stay again.

The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet! When I asked for directions from Jamuel he was very familiar with the route and gave great directions with a few additional tips! Nice Work Jamuel! We checked back in to the hotel around 7:00 ? pm CT and our room was spotless and made completely comfortable again! The shower ? and bathroom were clean and nice in size!We Never heard anything noise wise, the room was so very quiet, it was really nice! Perfect place for truckers. They have a huge dirt lot to park your truck and trailer. Good breakfast(buffet style), have a pool, gym and Laundry. McDonald’s and a Mexican restaurant nearby. Close to a police station so its safe.Connie at front desk is amazing. She deserves a raise.Overall good experience.

Absolutely horrible service. At check in they would not let my 20yr daughter check into her room because their policy is 21. I get it, but this was not posted anywhere at the hotel and is on the last line of hotels.com if you scroll past all of the rooms. I accepted their policy and would have to eat $400 for my prepaid room, but the guy was just really rude about it. Then when we tried to check in our third room, the guy wasn't going to let us check in our prepaid room unless we gave him our email address. They have the house keeping crew taking naps in the lobby on the couch, the manager comes out of her office barefoot walking around the lobby. I had 5 rooms rented and in the area quite often for work, will never stay here again.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I don't even know where to start. The staff is so rude and their policies are horrible. One of our people forgot a toothbrush and they have a sign in the bathroom saying that they give free commodities at the desk. It's just some plastic sign, not attached to anything. They go to the front desk and the guy says "we don't do that here". Okay...? If you don't do that here then don't put the sign up saying you do. He wanted me to buy their $2 flimsy toothbrush. There were constantly staff members sleeping in the lobby. Which is strange because my room did not get made two days in a row. So there's obviously some work for them to be doing. One of the staff members at the front desk FORCED us to give an email address (even though the man he was talking to did not have an email address). And because we didn't give an email, he was going to cancel our room and not let us stay. During breakfast hours, one of our guys spilled the tiniest portion of their breakfast on the ground and the breakfast lady came out screaming that she was going to get her manager. She then comes out with the manager who had her bare feet out, very professional . She then proceeds to say that she would make her grandkids clean their mess up if this happened at a hotel they were staying at. Maybe instead of making us clean it, use one of the staff members sleeping in the lobby. If they asked nicely and didn't spazz out, we totally would've been understanding and cleaned up the mess. The elevator was the loudest and most scariest thing ever. Our room was right next to it and that thing would not shut up. It sounded like a baby screaming every time the door opened, which I bet you can guess was amazing when we were trying to sleep after our 10 hour shifts. The mattress under the sheets had some plastic sheeting underneath which was ripped to shreds and so many stains on the mattress. I tried to get some towels delivered to my room because i had just gotten out of the shower when I realized there were no towels. When I called down, the front desk man told me that he was the only staff in the whole hotel so he couldn't come bring towels. How safe is it to have just one staff member in the building. And what happened to the ones sleeping on the couch? Are they "cleaning" rooms or something? One of our people came back from work and found their stuff all moved around the room and many pockets open on their backpacks and things. The worst of all: we originally booked four rooms. But one of the rooms was booked by a 18 year old through a third party. We get to the hotel after a long day of construction work, and we get told that they don't allow 18 year olds to book rooms at this hotel (later we went on the website and and the VERY bottom of the page it tells you in tiny letters that you have to be 21 to book a room) Well we already paid for the room and everything. The guy at the desk showed no consideration or empathy for us wasting our money on that room. Don't even look into booking a room at this place, just go to the Fairfield right across the street. I would say to train the staff better, but that would cost so much money because of how much they need to be trained on. Hope they learn to respect people. If not, I hope they go out of business soon.
