“Always great experience, friendly staff, clean Carts etc. But I went in today and noticed they have started to put red dots on almost all the prices. I understand that is probably coming from their corporate. But I feel like they should have to either put prices on the dots, or have a sheet list with categories with prices, or they shouldn't stock said item until price is listed. “This is the best dollar tree in the area. The stock is massive and the store has items you wouldn't find anywhere else in the area. They have a variety of drinks lights crafts and food. My personal favorite .”
“I've become a fan of shopping in Woodriver. Everything I need with way less traffic than Edwardsville. This Dollar Tree had everything I'd hoped for Back to School needs. That stuff is expensive and this place had the stuff for way less. Get the basics here, then go elsewhere. Anyway, it was a clean store, kind staff, everything was where you'd expect. The parking lot is a bit rough.”

“I was running late for a funeral and needed a pair of sandals because all I had with me was a pair of work boots. this was the only store from where I was at to the funeral. I ran in super quick asked the lady who was working the cash register where they kept their sandals at, she took me right to them, only had 2 different ones, but she picked out my size, give me a quick opinion on which ones that look better, and I was on my way within 3 minutes. perfect customer serviceI so whoever was working at this specific Dollar general on Monday 6/29 around 11am, props to you Miss Lady job well done thank you”

“They need to stop using the coin operated shopping carts. I just leave the quarter in there for the next person, because I don't have time for all this nonsense lol Just get the ones with the magnetic wheel locks or something. And get Spinach that doesn't go bad in a week. Walmart's spinach lasts nearly a month (or more). Jussayin. Staff is cool tho.”

“Best place for holiday, birthday, Baby Showers, first time College Apartment, college dorm shopping great gift and snack area cards Graphic T's are my favorite I shop there every summer for shirts to match with my friends for outdoor activities like six flags, beach, water park this place is great to shop year round and had great deals, cute shoes and clothes tote bags jewelry and makeup accessories for the ladies atmosphere is friendly for the whole family ☺️”
“The floor sales associates the young white man and Keisha were a big help with my coupons this morning I bought diapers and wipes and the coupons were messing up and they were patient and very helpful and they helped me get my coupon price so that'll it'll match the app! “Clean, nice employees, you can walk through the aisle and get what your looking for without having to worry about a whole lot of boxes in your way nor the dangers of them falling down on your head or kid like the Glen Carbon store. Very organized and their grocery aisles have a lot of variety.”

They are usually stocked up for the most part, they a small produce section which is nice, and the employees are working, helpful, and not rude from what I can see basing off the few times I have been in there. “I go here 3x a week and love it. I know it may be messy or boxes but its expected when they don't have a crew to unload and stock shelves. They work hard cashiering and doing it in between when they can. Love the Glen Carbon location. Staff is very nice and friendly. Makes it a plus.”

“I like this location, they’re mostly in stock, the employees are friendly, but I’m very frustrated that the self checkout is never open. While there was not a large line and I only had to wait a few minutes, I could have been in and out had the self checkout been running. Why is it there if they aren’t going to open it anymore.”
“I was scared to go based on other reviews. The place was great. Plenty of selection. Great prices. Two people working register and others stocking the shelves. There was a door dasher there and a police officer. Felt very safe.”
