Not enough worker's. Waiting in line for 20 minutes because there's no workers. It's a very big inconvenience to the customers.

Why do you run out of card for the last three days?

Always closing way before 9 pm. Always under staffed or to busy elsewhere to take customers. Sometimes they don’t even open. If they do stay open for a whole day they lock up ten mins before closing. Other than that they are okay.
