“They were very friendly and helpful. They had a brand new transmission in stock for our Maytag washer. We were able to repair our washer so it should last another 13 years. It was a lot cheaper than buying a new washer. The transmission was Magtag factory quality new transmission and it was in perfect condition in the box. Our washing machine is running wonderfully now and it is a lot quieter than the original transmission.”

“It was my first time in a hardware store on my own. I didn't know what I needed or where to look. The worker I asked for help was amazing. She walked me thru what I needed and then walked me from department to department. She even opened a few items to try and size them to my problem item.”
