Bad customer service. We had a reservation but they didn’t have a car. We had to solve their problem ourselves. We had to call to another budget location. We had to spend extra money for uber to get to another budget location, pay extra for another car. The representative was absolutely useless

I’ve recently purchased a rental with this company and let me just say my experience was amazing, clean car & great customer service a young lady by the name jaultiana was very patient and reasonable

Quick service and quality car. We did find several press on nails in the cupholder of the car we rented right after we picked it up, so not sure on how throughly they clean the cars in between uses.
