“This was my first time there and everything went without a hitch. It was busy and there were two lines open. The attendance did a great job at controlling the lanes so no one had a longer wait time than anybody else. My attendant was very personable as well. I'll give it another try when my car just needs an exterior wash. They do not offer interior washes, but they have free vacuums, Etc if you want to do it yourself.”

“I only wish I could leave more *** ! OPV is a lifesaver - particularly if you are traveling with kids or less mobile adults. Or, you want to feel like a CELEBRITY. For about the same as "close in" parking at O'Hare (and we all know what a misnomer that is) you can be driven RIGHT up to the Departures area, have someone handle your luggage & then get picked back up upon your arrival at the Arrivals gate. Their communication was Fabulous & we only waited 2 minutes for our car upon arrival. I highly recommend using this service-they will even detail your car - for a fair price- while you are away.”

“Came here twice so far and the most recent time was probably the better experience, with very thorough cleaning. Opted for #3 Deluxe Wash both times and will most likely continue to do so. They have a nice waiting area but you can also watch the team clean your vehicle also. Haven't had a chance to snag a photo during that time, but photos here are of after the vehicle's gone through the high powered drying system. They also have an email distribution list you can sign up for with coupons/deals but haven't signed up for that just yet. Unsure of their winter hours but hope they still have their services available - My previous hand car wash that I used to go to permanently closed.”

The adjuster gave my insurance company a very reasonable estimate that was in line with the cost of the actual damage (no hidden fees or mark ups). I also signed up for text alerts and was kept informed from the estimate submission to parts ordering to repair to completion. My car was scheduled to be completed on 02/02 but I was able to pick it up 2 days early. This place was phenomenal and by far the best auto body place I have ever been to. Thank you!!”

“Have been looking for an automatic touchless carwash since a long time and finally found the gem today! The owner was present and was so friendly as I pulled in, I did not even have to get out of my car. He gave an extra rinse hose down for my car to make sure to get all dirt and bugs out and boy it did! The car came out super clean and shiny. I was also given a complementary car fragrance. Convenient pay by credit card. Entire experience was so pleasant, I will be back here regularly! Will be recommending this place to fellow Tesla owners.”
