Ehhhh. They told us if we went and got the stuff, our house was connected and we could install it. Not the case. And after being on the phone for 2 hours with IT, it was decided that nothing could be done and still no internet, so canceled and returned stuff next day and went with someone else. Just disappointed over all

Was paying 90$ a month for internet services for 2 years never missed a payment had a recent emergency and forgot to pay them by a week, bill suddenly is 150$ (135$ internet +15$ in service fees) my internet speed did not increase it actually has worsened. Adam’s fiber offers affordable internet in Quincy also if you live out of their reach your phone hotspot if it has unlimited data has just as good as internet access as Xfinity so it’s just easier to say bye to Xfinity then it is to haggle with them over their own neglect to be better. Spoke with numerous friends and colleagues who have all said they dropped Xfinity over the gimmicks of price increases and random service fees

They DO NOT help with cell phones! They tried to offer advice just saying Xfinity service is bad in the Quincy area. I drove an hour to get help and didn't get it..... they were very nice and friendly. But no solution to problem

We have been losing service almost every afternoon about 3:30 for up to a couple of hours. My husband went down to the office and they gave us a new router and now it is really screwed up. When a person makes their living working from home this is a problem! All these people know how to do is raise prices. They don't know anything about taking care of their customers!

The WORST customer service I have ever recieved in my life. They force you to talk to their customer service robot no matter how many time you ask for an agent. I have never been so upset trying to get help with my billing with any company the same way I have with this one. There is no way to reach a real person if you call customer service. They just send you a text to try to fix the problem even when you said NO to the robot to receiving the text from them (pretty sure that's illegal). They add random fees to your bill and then have you running in circles trying to figure out why?!

I want to know my balance on my account. My dog tore my bills up on my desk. Getting this information is nearly impossible. Don’t have an hour to wait in the phone.. automated service.

Customer service was very speedy and helpful. In and out in less than five minutes to get our new Gateway router that wasn't delivered as the website had planned.
