While they were doing that they asked if didn’t mind a slight wait they could complete the full service oil change that I had scheduled for Saturday 03/02. “I've taken my camper here a couple times. The first time to make sure the hitch was set up perfectly for my new camper and just today to have new tires put on the camper. They are knowledgable, kind, and very well priced. Plus, they have a gazebo that I worked from while they put new tires on! They are the best part of small town, locally owned business you can find.”
“I appreciated having a coupon for completion of a multiple point checkup and fluid changes. It was completed in a very timely manner. The next day I was concerned because the engine light came on. After reviewing the explanation in the auto manual I called Shield’s and spoke with Scott.
He reassured me - explaining that it probably meant there was moisture in the gas line and I should call back if the light was flashing or remained on through the weekend. It disappeared after a couple of days. (It then occurred to me that after my check up had been completed, I had gone through a car wash. That might have been the source of the problem.)”

Yep. ? Me, too! But the reality — according to Ms. Angel-Kathy, Brad, and BJ (yes, really…) — is unfortunately our cars cannot self-repair, like our bodies can, or once did miles upon miles ago. Thusly, that squeak, squeal, shimmy, or grinding needs to be checked on. As in now. So… Take a comfortable seat, play with Xena the dawg, and chat it up a bit. The wait will do ya good!

“Outstanding work and attention to detail with Kevins shop. Bought a new ‘18 Silverado Midnight edition and thought the dealer did a good job preparing it when i picked it up until it hit the sun... Kevin went over the vehicle with me and we picked out a route to go for the trucks needs of paint correction. I couldn't believe how clean and perfect the truck came out. The attention to detail in spots i would never of thought of inside and out. I would highly recommend Kevin for your vehicle detailing needs.”
“Scheduled my appointment for tires at 3. Got me right in at my scheduled time. I had previously called and yes they don't answer the phone always but they did this morning. Asked if I could get an oil change also. They said they didn't have time for an oil change but could do the tires. Get there and ask them again about the oil change and told them I hadn't had one in 2 years. They were concerned for my car and said I was getting an oil change today. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all of them. I can't remember all of their names but I think there was an Owen, Landon, and Venderick. I'm sure I'm butchering their names but I just wanted to give them a great review and tell them how much I appreciate them!”
