“PLEASE READ!! Who remembers those small town pharmacies where you felt welcomed? Well, yesterday I felt that way when I went to the Rantoul Wal-Mart pharmacy. Susie, the lady at the register was so genuine and helpful. She went beyond, I think, to help me with a prescription for my mother. I really hope they appreciate and value her for what she does. I give the 5 star review for Susie's treatment towards me.”
“Wish there was a no star rating for this Pharmacy. Went Tuesday to pick up meds told it would be ready in 15-20 mins so I told them I will just swing back by on Thursday. I waited over 20mins in the drive through line to pick it up and was told they didn’t have a script for me. So I drive away. I called to talk to the auto bot and guess what my meds are ready. Tried to talk to a real person and over 45 mins on hold there was no one to pick up the phone! This pharmacy is a joke and no wonder everyone I know switched to the Meijer pharmacy!”
“My regular pharmacy was out of my prescription and it was transferred here - there was an issue with the prescription being processed and the pharmacist (I think her name was Nichole) quickly resolved the issue and even called to let me know things were sorted - I was very impressed with the friendly and responsive staff at this pharmacy.”
