“This team is synchronized. If ever I have a new prescription I’m unfamiliar with I ask for the Pharmaciet and always receive much more information regarding the medication than a Physcian or phampket w/ a barcode you have to scan to read about the medication. Trials are interesting. One doesn’t have the time to digest. Pharmacist are one if the most educated individuals in the profession and I really appreciate the tips Meijer off Prospect provides as it is always on point. They act w/ a sense of urgency. The staff in general are personable. They are also very professional particularly in circumstances when I’ve been inside the store waiting on a short line & have seen demonstrations of appalling & abusive language that had nothing to do with the Pharmacy staff. On a number of occasions, I’ve experienced this & Meijer’s staff maintains a neutral composure tryinggtonjust fulfill the person nd needs when in situations me cases security could’ve been called to escort these type of customer’s straight out the door & asked to never come back. No one shouldvtolerste abuse like this. People are people. We’re all human.
Kudos to Meijer Pharmacies staff for being professionals realizing 2-wrongs don’t make a right.
My thought, red flag these individuals & escalate to the General Msnager who’s pay grade, Iceould think, covers unacceptable customer to employee abuse!

I was able to get the help of the pharmacist Azza at CVS and she was very kind and helpful to me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I really appreciate her service.”

“Super friendly staff who are efficient and thorough. Quickest service I have ever received at a pharmacy with the best prices. They also seem to be stricter with ADHD stimulants than other pharmacies, which is very helpful in making sure that the people who truly need the medication are able to get it. I was helped by Candace, who was extremely kind throughout the entire process. Although I had many issues with my prescriptions due to my provider, Candace explained all the issues very concisely and clearly. She needs a raise fs because even when my non-Visa card declined, her face card never did.”
“I had a fantastic experience with the Tire & Battery Center at Sam's Club Champaign.
I originally purchased a set of four tires from Sam's Club in Decatur, but unfortunately they were unable to install them because my tire size (295/35ZR21) exceeds their installation limits of 275 width and 20-inch diameter. What made this especially confusing was that I was able to order the tires online and even schedule an installation appointment. It wasn't until the following day that I received a call from the Decatur location informing me they could not install them.
I only ordered the tires through the Decatur location because they were able to get them delivered the fastest. For some reason, I was not able to order those same tires directly through the Champaign location.
When I called the Champaign location, Casper immediately understood why I was calling and assured me they could help. They told me to bring the tires over and that they would take care of everything, including honoring the Sam's Club tire warranty, road hazard coverage, balancing, rotations, and all the services that came with the purchase.
I picked up the tires from Decatur on Friday afternoon and planned to have them installed elsewhere. When I called Champaign, I was initially told the next available appointment was Wednesday, which was too late for me. I even called the Normal, IL location, and they could have installed them on Sunday.
Thankfully, Casper went above and beyond and made sure my tires could be installed on Saturday morning. They simply asked that I wasn't in a rush, which I wasn't. I was just grateful to get everything sorted out without having to drive all the way to Normal.
The team did an excellent job. The tires are balanced perfectly, the installation was done professionally, and they even re-torqued my wheels later that same day after I had driven more than 50 miles.
A big thank you to Casper and the entire team for their outstanding customer service, flexibility, and willingness to help. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive experience.”

“They kinda tax you on everything here but it is convenient. I usually just go here to grab medicine when I am sick because it is closer to my apartment than target. I always see people in here getting food though and I don’t know why you would do that because target is right there and unless you physically aren’t feeling well it’s worth the money saved to just head there.”
