“I had such a great experience in the tire and battery center. First of all, I had a little Greek prince helping me. Such a handsome man, he took real good care of me. I had a nasty little dirty hole that needed filled, in my tire. Well that man with his strong hands filled my hole so tight that no air would leak out, not one bit. Thank you to my super hero, strutting around with such confidence and expertise. Seems like he has a fun time at work. Anytime time I need a hole filled, I’m coming right back to him.Love,Billy.”

“Literally, the most amazing employees are at this location!!!!! I cannot say enough about Dominique (pharm tech) and Jake (pharmacist). I've been coming here for years and have established a wonderful relationship with the staff and whenever I call them and let them know I can't pick up my handwritten prescriptions, a tech will make that run for me to my doctors office. I've never in my life been offered so much help.. and even though you don't think this is a major thing, it reallllllllly is to me. My hours at work occasionally don't allow me to get to my drs office during normal hours to pick those up and this small, kind act helps me in some of the most important ways. I absolutely love Dominque and Jake for their kindness and help! If you use Walgreens normally, start coming to this location so you can feel the love! â¤ï¸”

“Mom and I were nearby and I realized that I had a 40% off coupon that I needed to use - so I stopped by quickly. This store is quite more rundown than most CVS stores that I go to. Typical for this shopping center though - my mom explained there were issues with the center's management and repairs/upgrades. I knew exactly what I wanted so this shopping trip was quite easy. Only one cashier at the front and there was a bit of a line forming. But it still didn't take too long to check out. Generally, I would score this store as 3 stars. However, you can buy lotto! Bump up one star for the added convenience.”

“One of the best CVS locations I have ever been to. Great customer service and had no problem finding what I needed. The employees Tim and Elijah and another girl from the pharmacy, whose name I can't remember, were super helpful in everything I was looking for and showing me every product they have that would fit my needs, they helped me look for over 20 minutes! Most places like Walmart and most Walgreens employees wouldn't even show you where the product is that you're asking for let alone give you attention for over 20 minutes. this CVS location really has their stuff together and they train their employees really well in terms of customer service and knowing where things are in their store.”

“I just moved to Champaign. I decided to walk to Walgreens which wasn't the best idea, because it was hot-nearly 90 degrees, but I was concerned about switching pharmacies! However, I was glad I went.I anticipated switching pharmacies would be a long stressful process,but I was wrong(thankfully)! The pharmacy made transferring my medications simple & stress-free. The pharmacy person, Macey was very thorough and advised me how to ensure my medications would get renewed without any problems. She also went over all my medications with me and looked to see what meds I may need right then. She also showed concern for my well-being! When I first walked up to the counter, I happened to mention I walked to the store. As I was about to leave, Macey noticed I was very flushed & a bit sweaty even though she was busy behind the counter. She said she was concerned about me walking in the heat, asked me if I was feeling well enough to walk back & suggested I sit for a while cool down and drink plenty of water before taking off again,which I did. I thought that was so thoughtful of her! The cashier in front was very friendly too, as was a young man working on the floor. They all made me feel very welcome. I am glad this will be my new pharmacy!”

“This is the only pharmacy in the many available in the chain that makes a genuine effort go the extra mile to find the generic on a ridiculously expensive name brand co pay on a medication I depend on to be able to work with a chronic medical condition. Every other pharmacy in this chain just shrugs and says "it's not here, we don't have it". If asked if they can try to order it, they will give you every excuse as to why that's not an option. This one location goes way out of their way to try their best to get me the $10 generic instead of the $140 copay, a week's pay for me. They are always very nice, and if their lines are long, how is that their fault? What control do you have over how many customers you have vs how many people are available to work at the location? Having a rush of business can and does happen, and this team is friendly and efficient under pressure. I personally appreciate these essential workers in this time of great crisis.”
