“We love this vet! We have been going here for about 5 years now. The vets and assistants are very caring. The office is very clean. This specific visit was to get my extra-large dog's nails trimmed. He refuses to let me trim them at home. Said dog had zero issues letting the vet assistants cut them. We were in and out in about 5 minutes. Can't say enough good things about them, thank you!”

It is a small place and I am pretty sure it's just him working there so I am a bit surprised they got me in same day. “From the very first call it was professional and compassionate. I was inquiring about a surgical procedure and the fees. I was told the Dr would call me , most likely on Monday since it was Friday. I received a call from Dr Scot Saturday morning. He spent time answering all my questions and never made me feel rushed. My dog went through her surgery and is recovery with flying colors. “My husband and I had to unexpectedly put our German Shepherd down after a ruptured spleen. We had only taken her to Richmond Vet Clinic a few times as we moved from Oklahoma to the area, so they had not known her long. The nurse to helped us during this appointment was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, gentle, patient, understanding and went above and beyond giving Kimber all of the love and treats. A couple weeks after we said goodbye, we got a card in the mail from the clinic that was signed by what seemed like every single person from the clinic- my husband and I were blown away. A few weeks after that!!! we got a card in the mail from the Wildlife Hospital in Lake Geneva letting us know a donation was made by the clinic in Kimbers honor. We are absolutely blown away by their support, empathy, and level of care. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting their pups and other fur babies to feel safe, comfortable and loved ❤”
