“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this animal hospital and the incredible staff who helped our family during two of the most difficult moments we’ve ever faced.
The first time we came to them was when our sweet girl, Elvira, was at the end of her life. Our regular veterinarian was unable to fit her in and VCA graciously fit us into their schedule despite being extremely busy. Sadly, Elvira passed away on the way there with my husband. The staff treated her with such dignity, compassion, and respect. They waited for me to arrive so I could say my final goodbye to her, and that kindness is something I will never forget.
Not long after losing Elvira, our other beloved dog, Zombie, took a sudden turn for the worse. Once again, VCA found a way to fit us in and provide exceptional care during an incredibly emotional time. The staff showed us the same compassion and understanding, making sure my husband could arrive before proceeding and giving our family the time and space we needed to say goodbye to our beautiful boy.
The care, empathy, and genuine kindness shown by every member of the team meant more to us than words can express. They helped make heartbreaking situations a little more bearable and treated our pets like family. We will always be grateful for the love and support they gave Elvira, Zombie, and our family.
