“Wowwww!!! So totally impressed with Adam's Auto Body & Sales in Dolton. I was interested in a 2019 Nissan yesterday, 2/19, and the vehicle is parked today, 2/20, in my driveway with the Illinois plates on it and my registration is in the glove compartment.While it may take a minute to purchase a vehicle it does allow you to observe business transactions around you. I found at least 3 customers who were so totally satisfied with the service provided; i.e., auto body repairs, under the hood repairs, or sales, everyone was happy and grateful to be treated with respect.Lastly, I am estactic with my vehicle and very happy I was able to purchase Adams Auto in Dolton.Thank you again AJ!!!.”

“After getting into a small accident, I opted to choose this location for repairs. Im glad I did! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough about the process for repairs. What I absolutely loved was the update texts and photos provided (not wondering nor left in the dark about how my car was doing). Overall, the updates kept me at ease and on top of the progress.Everything was actually great, and as a plus I received my car faster than the expected date given! My car looks brand new and Im satisfied.”

“Pretty pleased with Audiodriven. Took my 2017 Jaguar xe for a quote for a subwoofer upgrade. Tom was very attentitive and worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for. “I have a 2024 Yukon Denali sierra pick up truck and I needed to have a cover put on my truck bed so I looked up this location and the reviews were very positive so I decided to try them out. When I get to the location I met Mat and he basically went over the different options I had ; to make a long story short I was called the next day after cover was ordered, came back out had it installed, and was on my way. I would definitely recommend anyone who has any truck needs to do business at this location and I probably will be back myself.”

“This place is amazing. We were traveling through town and our AC quit working. We have a special-needs little girl who cannot get hot. We brought it into him and he and his father stayed late to make sure that our AC was working. They squeezed us in during their busy time because they knew we needed it working. If I lived closer, I would always bring my vehicles to him, his price was great and he fixed our AC after a shop back home charged us three times as much and never fixed it. There was no indication my car was in an accident. The receptionist helped me get a loaner from Enterprise. The entire experience was stress free.”
“From the very start, I received the utmost attention from EVERYONE at the dealership. I inquired about a used F-150 that they had just listed on the website. I was able to speak with Jared on the phone about the truck, but they were still getting it ready for sale. He had me work with Kyle, who was so laid back and easy to work with. I got to go on Saturday morning and actually see the truck, even though it still wasn't ready. Not a problem, I knew this and had no problem with it. Once we started talking dollars, I was able to work with Jeff. Not only did he have a great attitude, he was willing to work with me. Prior to all this starting, I was just waiting around the dealership, and this lady comes up to me and starts talking. I am wondering who she is, but she is so incredibly nice. Come to find out, this is Barb and she is in Finance. When I went to Barb's office to complete the paperwork, I have to tell everyone, she is an absolute pleasure. I spent far too long in her office, but it was not her fault, it was mine. I felt like I was sitting with a long-time friend and we were just catching up. No pressure to do something here you don't want to, and treated like a family member right from the start. After the deal was complete, I thought I would not get my truck until Monday or Tuesday, it was Saturday after all. When everything was complete, there was my truck, all cleaned, washed and detailed, inside and out. It looked fantastic!!! I did not have a way to get the truck back home, and Kyle jumped into action and drove the truck home for me! I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this dealership REALLY knows how to treat the customers that come in. You are greeted by everyone, no matter who you are working with. I will most definitely go back here again when it is time to purchase another vehicle. I recommend if you are in the market, please give Ford of Homewood an opportunity to work with you, I do not believe you will be disappointed!
