I read some reviews (which are impressive), checked some pricing (incredibly reasonable) and decided to give it a try. These people could not be nicer! Fixed my tire super fast and I was on my way. “Called discount tire first. The quoted me $280 to mount and balance 4 tires that I supplied. Then I called AutoTech. They quoted me $130, obviously I went there. Then they asked me if I wanted the alignment, yup! Not gonna screw up $1100 worth of tires over $130! Total bill… $263! Thanks AutoTech.”
“I had a dead rodent in ventilation system of my EV. Dealership wanted $199 just to diagnose. I called B&B and they took care of it along with unexpected disinfection of the parts to prevent any diseases that maybe be with the dead rodent. Such awesome service and pricing (all in was less than the diag fee)”

“Quality tire is awesome! I’m very picky about what tires I use and when I called to see if they carried the brand I prefer. They didn’t have them in stock but the gentleman I spoke with said he would have no problems getting them, he collected the information on brand and size, never once tried to sell me anything other than what I wanted and respected my choice, when they came in was very prompt on contacting me to set up and appointment to have them installed, I had two other issues I wanted addressed ( an oil change and had a funky burning oil smell coming from my engine) and he added those concerns to my appointment, when I arrived they took the time to ask me a few questions to help them address the issue with the smell coming from my engine that I was concerned about, they worked hard and to not only replace all 4 of my tires but also the oil change ( which cost me a lot less than where I typically go for an oil change), they found what was causing the smell, a bad gasket dripping oil onto my exhaust that needed replacing that I had already had replaced by the dealership I got my car from and instead of trying to fix it for me and costing me more money, they gave me the information so I could take it back to where I originally had it done and saved me at least a thousand dollars! They even allowed me to pick my car up after hours and when I drove home it drove so nice almost like new! I will definitely return anytime I need work done on my car and will definitely be referring my friends and family! Thank you so much Quality Tire for all your hard work!! You guys Rock! ?????”

“i needed to get basically a new (manual) transmission for my 2004 VW Passat. At the same time, the 2014 Kia Forte i gave my son blew out it's motor. Mark Decraene took care of everything for me, and both vehicles are running better than ever. It cost a pretty penny, but Mark made sure he got the highest quality parts for the least amount of dough. He kept me informed through the entire process, and his honesty and professionalism are remarkable in an industry that can easily take advantage of a car dumb-dumb like myself. Do yourself a favor and go to Decraens in Woodstock if you have engine trouble and want the job done right for a reasonable amount of paper. i couldn't recommend him more highly (well, maybe if he was a Sox fan instead of bleeding Cubbie blue)”
