My husband went to cvs for gout medication wasn't sure what was good. Someone in pharmacy was kind enough and patient on finding the proper over the counter medication. Great and friendly customer service.

I came here on 01/01/24 with my daughter who had been looking for the valentines hello kitty I checked online before arriving and it said they were in stock. When we got here we asked the cashier if they had it she rudely said “your the 3rd person asking today, we don’t have it” i said oh ok it’s because online it says in stock at this location she again proceed with “we don’t have it I said” sheesh didn’t have to be rude!

It's not a bad pharmacy. The people are nice and generally helpful, but the phone service is atrocious. 2 minutes 8 seconds to wade through the phone tree, then another 2-11 minutes on hold. All to ask a twenty second question.

I went in to get my prescription and the workers there were rude and disrespectful. It took three hours for them to fix and set up my medication. The manager is horrible at doing his job, very bad service.

Chernel was very nice. I had an issue with my cvs app and she helped me resolve it and she also pointed out some coupons I had not used. All in all my experience at CVS today was exceptionally great because of her. ?

The Cashier LASHONDA was highly unprofessional I tried to return several items but didn't notice that some however not all items were expired. She proceeded to give me a rude tone and was not knowledgeable on the returns policy so she couldn't explain it to me why i couldnt return the items that were not expired. She just gave me attitude and proceeded to ask the supervisor on duty in which he didn't even try to assist me with my return even tho I had told them that I had lost my receipt. They both refused to help me with the return and didn't even try to offer me store credit for the items that were not expired. Also, the supervisor on duty that refused to help the cashier facilitate this return yelled at my elderly mother who was waiting on my side in line asking if she needed help even tho he didn't offer any assistance/help in reality instead just really wanted to yell at her for no obvious reason. LASHONDA was also on her phone while I was in front of her at the register trying to ask her for a passport picture which the picture she took was not a good one, she didn't even cut out the passport pictures and she made me wait 30 minutes until she checked me out even tho the passport picture is instantly printed once taken. she needs more training and the supervisor needs better soft people skills by not yelling at elderly people. These workers need to be reprimanded or written up by their manager/ Corporate or their rudly and unprofessional work ethic. I use to work at CVS as an associate and I had never experienced this type of horrible workmanship and unwelcomeness feeling at a CVS usually CVS workers are kind and good hearted people but this type of rudeness and unprofessionalism Should not be overlooked. Customers are the number one priority at any CVS according to my traning. CVS can't function without its customers and caring workers.
