“I don’t even know where to begin — this was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever gone through with my car, and Tramcar completely changed that for me.
From the moment I spoke with Carey (the owner), I knew I was in the right place. He has been in the business for decades, and you can feel that experience and honesty immediately. He took the time to explain things in a way that made sense and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
But I have to give a special thank you to Junior. He was absolutely incredible throughout this entire process. He was so detailed, patient, and transparent about everything. He walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and most importantly — made me feel completely at ease during a very stressful situation. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing things the right way.
My transmission issue was not simple at all. Parts were difficult to find, and the situation itself was overwhelming. I had already been through a long and frustrating process before coming here, and I honestly felt exhausted and unsure of what to do next.

I tasked Tomi and Josh with finding out the source of a stubborn rattle in the rear of my vehicle and it took some tries to get it resolved but they eventually completed the job flawlessly. They cut me an amazing deal on my control arm and brake replacement and replaced my rear struts at no extra charge since they were under warranty. I’ve been visiting San Jose Automotive for all car service related tasks for the last two years and I’m delighted to say they are all deserving for success to come there way as a local automotive shop. “I purchased a vehicle from out of state and had Midwest Performance do a Pre-Purchase Inspection on my behalf since I didn't have the ability to see the car in person prior to buying it.
The shop provided a very thorough inspection with pictures of the exterior and interior including close ups of any damage they found. They even included brake pad/rotor life, tire tread, and fluid levels. The inspection gave me all the information I needed, providing peace of mind that I was making an informed decision with my purchase.

“I brought my truck to Accurate Auto after dealing with a check engine light that no one else could figure out. The truck was showing multiple codes — P219B, P0300, and P0306 — and it turned out there was low compression across the entire right bank of the engine. My engine had actually been replaced with a new Jasper engine back in March, so this issue was a major concern.
Accurate Auto took the time to properly diagnose the problem and discovered that the engine itself had a defect. They reached out to Jasper on my behalf, handled the entire warranty process, and got approval for a replacement engine. Within about two weeks, they had a brand-new Jasper engine installed and had my truck back on the road.
Their communication, professionalism, and honesty throughout the entire process were outstanding. They solved a problem that several others couldn’t, and they stood behind their work. I truly appreciate how smoothly they handled everything, especially something this major.

“I’ve had a wonderful experience here from the beginning! Isaiah was able to help me out over the phone and give me a ballpark cost of what my repairs would be. Unfortunately, (and I knew this) I had to replace my brake pads, rotors, a caliper, and break fluid (I’m just a girl and drove my car when I shouldn’t have, oopsie) but they were able to repair my car the same day, drop off at 9AM and pickup at 5PM at a very reasonable price- and I am super happy. “Seem like very honest business. Called and explained the issues I was having and looking for a quote on new spark plugs. My Jeep takes 16 plugs so it’s an expensive service. Instead of selling me a service I likely didn’t need, he gave some great advice about other things to check first before even spending money on a diagnostic service. Never actually been here before but it’s the first place I’ll go the next time I have an issue with any of my vehicles. Honesty goes a long way!”
