“I went to this DHL for the first time today and the people were extremely helpful and nice! It was such a pleasure working with them. I had originally went to fedex to ship something to the Virgin Islands and FedEx wanted over $200 for the shipment. DHL was able to get it sent out for me for almost half that with express shipping on top of it. The gentleman put extra packaging in my package too to reassure that it didn’t break in transit. I will definitely come back to this DHL location! Definitely better than FedEx and UPS!”

“When it came time to move a family member from a house into an apartment, based on my personal past experiences, my first and only call was to Hollander. This move could not have gone better. This was the last in a series of moves, and included items that came from both storage and from temporary housing, so it was a big move. The new apartment building did not make it easy for the movers, but this crew really rolled with the punches, got it done, and went above and beyond. They were also very helpful when it came to moving things around to help us choose items that were going to stay in the apartment and items that were going to go back into storage. Marcus H, Alex P, Simon, S and Paul M were all terrific, worked well together, and were very accommodating. I’m sure it was a very long day for all of them, but they never let on, and they truly went above and beyond. I will continue to highly recommend Hollander to friends, family, and clients.”

We needed immediate help, and Custom Packing, Crating and Logistics customer service was excellent - they responded very promptly and a team was on site in no time. The crew was able to effectively and carefully get the equipment in and unpacked safely. Would highly recommend their services and will definitely use again in the future!”

“This place is great. I've dropped off USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages and they all move in transit to their destination extremely fast--even faster than if I drop off at an actual post office etc. You can get a dropoff receipt for FedEx and UPS packages, but not USPS (which is hard to get at an actual post office anyways). It's always very efficient and I'm out the door quickly.”

“I went to the UPS store in Lincoln Village, in Chicago, and Ali went out of his way to help me. He notarized a document for me and my husband and then helped me copy and fax over 20 pages. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. While I was waiting for my fax to complete I observed his behavior with multiple other customers and he was just as kind and helpful with everyone else. I am so glad I chose this store.”
