This UPS store was quite busy 30 minutes before they closed, yet, they moved quickly to help me tape up my shipment and get me going in under 5 minutes.

“I absolutely love going to this location, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always greet me and everyone who walks in the door. Everytime I go, usually in the evening they are busy, busy BUT they are always patient and help everyone with a smile.
The other day I went in to return a few amazon items and when I mean a few it was probably about 10. I was going to do it myself even though there wasnt anyone else waiting to be helped in the store. I just felt bad it was that many items. CHAD greeted me when I walked in and I told him I had a lot of things that I would do the return myself and if I needed help i would let him know. He saw how many things I had and he did not hesitate to help me. He said not to worry that he could take care of it. Honestly that was very kind of him. He took his time and made sure everything was seperated and scanned appropriately. I really appreciated all his help. It probably would've taken me 2x the amount of time it took him to do the return process.
I have moved house since, but I will still continue to return to this location if and whenever I need their assistance. They are an amazing staff.

“Excellent and helpful customer service! I shipped documents to Asia via DHL on a Saturday and delivered to recipient on Thursday. I expected the pricing to be between $200.00 and $300.00. This experience alone was worth every penny, since DHL is the most reliable compared to other delivery services. The owner was nice and his employee was efficient in helping me with the shipping process from start to finish. I will use this location in the future for delivery services. Thank you!”

“My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.”

They are professional, on every level, from the office staff, Operations, Management and Dispatch, and they prioritize making sure that you spend quality time with your family. They tell you up front what you can expect when coming to work there, and if you show up for work and do your part, they will make sure that they stand on business and honor their word. Hands down it was the best company that I had the pleasure of working with, however I didn’t fully appreciate the opportunity and the people who gave me that opportunity, and so I squandered it. I got to comfortable. And I regret it. I’ve since worked for a few other companies since leaving BriteLogistics, but none of them compared. Trust me, Brite is the best thing going out here, unless you’re an owner operator and doing your own thing. Great place to start and build your driving career.”
