I mailed a money order over 5 years ago and it still has not been received. My block goes weeks without getting mail. This post office is horrible.

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. It's been 5 days & not a single piece of mail. The daily digest tells us what mail we should get & these lazy workers bring none for days on end. The worst thing about living in Calumet Park is having to be affiliated with Riverdale's post office.

I honestly think this location is taking peoples packages and or delivering packages to wrong addresses. I have been in constant contact with the company I purchased from about my item . We both saw that my packages was supposedly delivered on 12/28 a Saturday at 1:30 pm on the website and on my informed delivery on usps. I watched the carrier only put my mail in my box no package. I asked her where was my package she said she had no idea and the box she currently was holding was not mine. I said well it was scanned and a picture but u have nothing what do I do . She responded I don’t know maybe call the post office and kept walking. The company says they see a delivered order as well but I have nothing. She was African American with long braids I would not recommend ANYONE to use this service this may be the worst postal location

Mail never come on time sometimes it don’t come till three days later and some one in the mail delivered stole my check and deposited in there bank account poor service need to do better

They do not deliver packages. I've gotten A-1 service from Harvey. Idk who runs Riverdale but they need better management and workers period. I won't bother arguing with them I'll just continue to report them to the attorney general every👏🏽single👏🏽time since they don't like their jobs so much. Zero stars.

This crazy I older my daughter school sweater on the 2 or 3 in the beginning of this month and on the 7 of this month, it's said it was out for delivered mom got her mail but she did not see my pack it so now might have to go to the post office and if they was not going to bring me my pack it they should never Scan it unit they got in front of my door I live in a house so it's should not be any problem about my pack it

Although the rating for this post office is 1.4 stars, I'm inclined to more than double that rating based on the service that I've been receiving based on my postman Mr. Bruce D., who has been consciously delivering my mail on the 139th block of State Street for several years.
However, it is unfortunate that today I was informed that his route would change thus saddening me, because good and ethical workers are hard to find. (He would even ring my door bell to notify me of a delivered package left outside that another package delivery service when they carelessly left my item(s) unattended.
Also, I feel that I most people on the block share my sentiments.
Therefore, on behalf of those who do, please post a request that we keep our postman Mr. Bruce D.

They didn’t deliver two of my packages and it says delivered. Called them to tell them and the guy that answered said he will do investigation. Till now he hasnt called back neither has my package shown up

Horrible service only one person has access to the register and she’s on vacation so they’re unable to do any cash or credit card payments and tells people to go to the post office in Dolton which is very inconvenient I live a couple of blocks from this one … very rude and unprofessional

The staff at this location are always nice and friendly when ever I need to ask a question or need a service, especially Mr Thomas. As with most jobs dealing in public service and in particular this post office, there are times when services are not at their best but I attribute this to short staffing and staff turnover in the area of Mail Carriers. It it takes time to acclimate to an experienced mail carrier. Let us all move in the spirit of patience and understanding.

Horrible I went to change my address today , and instantly the lady with braids told me that they do not change addresses at that facility, she told me I can do it online? let me mind you a lady was infront of me before I got called and she was they're for missing mail, the lady brushed her off smh worst p.o. I've been too they don't care about nothing there
