“Driver review:Very nice people30 mins to loadDocks are off street ... there's enough room to back in ... but the City has signs about $100 fine if you off curb ... some empty docks to turn around so you don't have to blindsideGo inside, sign in, they give you a yellow paper to leave on desk on your way out ... told to pick an empty dock between 10 and 15 ... watch for dock doors to close... pull up and secure with Load locks or straps ... dock guy will give you papers to bring in and get final BOL and seal”

“As far as shippers and receivers go, this is a painless and pleasant easy in and easy out experience, delivering or loading. I've done both. They accomodate the driver at every turn. They even strive to have a good reputation. From the receptionist to the warehouse workers it's all smiles which is not very often seen in the trucking industry. I'm giving them five stars. And they also have free lollipops!!! Always a relief when I know I am coming here.”
“I always shop here because of the ease, the quietness and the professionalism. They always have what I need in stock and the staff are very friendly. Pro tip: use the dash cart. It will make your shopping easier, fun and they show coupons in every aisle you shop as you shop!”
“For OTR drivers picking up a load with multiple stops. I was not given a 2nd seal for the second stop. Bills for 1st and 2nd stop had the original seal # on both BOL. I recommend you immediately inform your dispatcher and/or broker.”

“Well, it is 7:46 AM and I arrived here for my 8:30 appointment with no issues as far as the directions that were given when I called the automated line, and just checked in where the two ladies were very friendly, and only asked that I bring my seal back in at 8 o’clock.”

“In and out quick, got here last night around 21:00 and parking on the side no one said anything to me, appt was for 8 am so I took paperwork to office at 8:00 and they gave me a door right away. Door 22 it’s the last door on the right,break your seal,slide tandems and take paperwork inside warehouse it’s the door right next to 22, they took and hour to unload me, it’s a Monday and it’s not so packed. Oh and I also read in reviews that they didn’t have a bathroom, they do just ask lady in the desk”
“Great place. Management is very professional and scheduling is a breeze. Getting loaded very fast done in under 30 mins. Unloaded with papers ready to leave in 25 mins. Amazing dock workers and very polite as well.”

“My appointment was for 9am on 10/31/2024. Arrived around 9am on 10/30/2024. I was told they would unload me, but since I didn't have an appointment, it could be a while because they had to get the ones that had appointments first, which was understandable. Everyone I encountered was very nice and kind. I finally got unloaded around 3pm. Yes, it took all day for them to get to me, but at the end of the day, I did get unloaded a day early, which is always a plus.
So my advice to my fellow truck drivers is that if you arrive a day early, just be prepared to be there for some hours.
All in all, I still had a good experience.

Easy route to get here once you know it.Route as of 03/07/22From I80, take Exit 1 (US40 North)Stay on this till you turn left on IL 312.Take this to the end, it will turn right into Sheffield.Continue straight on Sheffield till you hit 141st St.The intersection will say trucks have to turn left. Do that.Stay on that till the houses on the right end, and you'll see the signs for the plant.This is a truck route that doesn't put you on any No Truck roads.”

“These are very nice and efficient guys, they did my reworking quickly and efficiently. My problem was to get there, what is listed as their address is totally wrong and misleading. They need to advise their customers and general public as to the proper address, which is certainly NOT 2101 BURR OAK AVENUE. For that I refuse to give them five stars.”
