“Fixed two rims for me that were damaged by an object in the road. One rim was cracked and they were able to repair it that day. The other rim was bent and they were able to repair it in about 20 minutes. I would recommend them for your wheels and tires.”
“Kind, honest and speedy: Joe's Expert Auto Service deserves your business. My sister-in-law came down to Chicago for a post-Christmas visit and her car started have serious problems at the end of the 4-hour drive. Joe's was recommend to us, but with only two days before NYE they were completely booked. Despite this, they squeezed her in, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly so she could go home before the holiday. The price was fair and honest, and much less than we had expected. We'll be taking our car to Joe's for all future repairs!”
“They replaced my tires and even came out to inform me that I didn’t even need a wheel alignment. Most places would just fabricate a reason to get you to add extra services and here was an instance where they literally told me I didn’t not need an extra service. Integrity!”
“Such a great experience! Marquis was super knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get my flat repaired same day at a really affordable rate. If you have a flat this is definitely the place to go!”
“Great place to take foreign or domestic cars been going to them for years, they can fix anything and the prices are great. I recommend anyone in this city and surrounding cities to bring your car here.”
“If I had my may, I wouldn't go anywhere else BUT this place. I had some unsatisfactory results with a tire shop about a mile east of Tire Zone on the same 159th Street thoroughfare that Tire Zone is on. I decided that the next time I had tire trouble, I would go somewhere else. But on the very next tire issue I had, I started to go back to the unsatisfactory but familiar shop that I had been going to. When I got to the place, I just couldn't make that turn into their driveway. I was so dissatisfied with that place. So, I kept driving down 159th and stumbled across Tire Zone. I pulled in there and they fixed my tire. In the past, every time I went to the other place, I was told that my tire couldn't be fixed. So that forced me to buy a tire with a supposed guarantee, only to discover that my guarantee didn't cover a faulty stem that leaked air after only a day of being on my car. I have since been to Tire Zone two other times since they fixed the tire on my car. Both times, I bought tires that are still of good use. This is the only place I want to go to for tire concerns. I'm so glad that I refused to do the easy thing and keep going to that other place. Discovering Tire Zone was a good day for me.”

“Joshua at this Firestone location was amazing! We were headed out of Chicago and had our tire pressure drop. He got us in right away, looked at it and had us on our way in no time. Highly recommended!”
“I have been working with Ritchie for 2 years now ordering parts over the phone and he is the best! He' s very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the part is correct as sometimes i have no clue what i need. Thank you Ritchie !”
“Of course, you know the owner it doesn’t justify a review, but I know the owner and owner is a nice guy. He takes good care of his family with two locations came to America with nothing. He is the dream that all Americans look up to workers are imbeciles, of course, because they workers, that’s just it but if you ever do meet the boss there, you will appreciate doing business with him as I’ve known him for 20+ years”
