“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees named Nazar!This guy is very knowledgeable with the systems at cricket, he handled and resolved my issue quickly with a few phones lines that I had added to my accounts by a friend that took advantage of having my pin code....Not only did nazar show me the dates each extra phone had been activated so that I could see how long the recurring payments were coming out of my account, he helped me create a seperate account so that I could emancipate my number from the other account and he took my card off file!I came back a few weeks later he remembered me and as I put a new card on file, I was asking him if Cricket had an international plan for Spain;since I'm leaving for about a month! He let me know Cricket didn't have an international plan for spain but he helped me call so that I could unlock my phone if incase I needed to buy a sim card in Spain for my phone! Stellar employee great energy and naturally cares about the customers! I've had nothing but great experiences with cricket, not a single a bad one, but with that being said I've never felt inclined to write a review about how good the service is, so that should let you know how on point this guy is! Nazar 100 percent superstar!”

You can do a job start to finish and get everything you need from this place at a great price and the people there know their stuff which helps out a lot. “Roman Sokolov and his brother are special gifts to the Chicago area if you're in possession of medium to hi-end amplifiers and equipment. I've gone to them for years with an array of issues. Starting with a repair on the volume pot on my college 1980 Aiwa integrated amp that I was sure was destine for the recycle bin. I've got a higher end Tandberg power, preamp and FM tuner set that he keeps like new for me. Be ready to see more piled up old electronics than you've ever seen in one place. But Roman is organized and first rate. You won't find people doing their work anymore.”

“There's three managers that work at this location they're so awesome today is June 10th 2023 time 1:57 p.m. my experience in this Cash America pawn shop. example I pawned it something there for $40 and I could not make the payment 2 months went by and so the manager called me told me that I have something that I have to make a payment or I'll lose it I told him I need more time and manager said yes so I don't lose my merchandise. So that means the manager cares about people belong and give them more time thank you! I will tell my friends and family to this place awesome customer service friendly people”
