“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees named Nazar!This guy is very knowledgeable with the systems at cricket, he handled and resolved my issue quickly with a few phones lines that I had added to my accounts by a friend that took advantage of having my pin code....Not only did nazar show me the dates each extra phone had been activated so that I could see how long the recurring payments were coming out of my account, he helped me create a seperate account so that I could emancipate my number from the other account and he took my card off file!I came back a few weeks later he remembered me and as I put a new card on file, I was asking him if Cricket had an international plan for Spain;since I'm leaving for about a month! He let me know Cricket didn't have an international plan for spain but he helped me call so that I could unlock my phone if incase I needed to buy a sim card in Spain for my phone! Stellar employee great energy and naturally cares about the customers! I've had nothing but great experiences with cricket, not a single a bad one, but with that being said I've never felt inclined to write a review about how good the service is, so that should let you know how on point this guy is! Nazar 100 percent superstar!”

“I called the Metro PCS in Jefferson Park (4839 N. Milwaukee) on April 6th (around 1pm) to ask if they had an iPhone in stock & the gentleman answered the phone and confirmed that he indeed had the iphone 14 Pro Max in stock. I immediately got ready and headed to the store to purchase my big item. Once I had arrived, I was greeted by the gentleman who answered the phone prior to my arrival. He was accompanied by a female employee who also had amazing customer service skills. I unfortunately did not get their names, but I promised them that I'd give them a huge shout out for their hard work.The service was quick, simple, & phenomenal. I will definitely go back to that Metro PCS for any future purchases. I also highly recommend anyone to shop at that location. Thank you both for your wonderful service!”

“Wanted to say thanks to Doug for doing me a solid yesterday. My phone drowned at sea while on vacation in Mexico. Doug was able to let me barrow a used phone from the store and insert my SIM card for me to receive text messages that I needed to verify my accounts. Able to make a claim to the insurance to get a replacement in 2 days! I appreciate Doug being patient with me with the whole process!!”
