“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees named Nazar!This guy is very knowledgeable with the systems at cricket, he handled and resolved my issue quickly with a few phones lines that I had added to my accounts by a friend that took advantage of having my pin code....Not only did nazar show me the dates each extra phone had been activated so that I could see how long the recurring payments were coming out of my account, he helped me create a seperate account so that I could emancipate my number from the other account and he took my card off file!I came back a few weeks later he remembered me and as I put a new card on file, I was asking him if Cricket had an international plan for Spain;since I'm leaving for about a month! He let me know Cricket didn't have an international plan for spain but he helped me call so that I could unlock my phone if incase I needed to buy a sim card in Spain for my phone! Stellar employee great energy and naturally cares about the customers! I've had nothing but great experiences with cricket, not a single a bad one, but with that being said I've never felt inclined to write a review about how good the service is, so that should let you know how on point this guy is! “The two associates I worked with were fantastic. Paul on the first day, and Derrick on the day I had the repairs performed. Knowledgeable and engaged. It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. I had been referred myself by my tenant.Do yourself a favour.... do NOT consider anyone else for your repairs.Now, about those raises....... :-)”

“Recommend New Era Repair so highly! My laptop was completely unusable when I took it in, and it's now working perfectly (I'm writing this review on it!). There was no charge to diagnose the problem, there was great, kind communication with every step of the process, and the repair was fast, despite them having to order some parts. The charge for the repair was very fair, and I am so grateful that I don't have to get a new computer. Juan even replaced the thermal paste free of charge.
