“I’ve been on the hunt for new denim but have felt overwhelmed at department stores and have failed miserably online. Tiffany at The Denim Lounge to the rescue! I told her my preferences and she pulled a great selection of jeans for me to try on. She was super friendly and helpful and I found 2 pairs of perfect jeans (and some other cute clothing items as well). This store has an excellent selection and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!”

I had a long list of demands and a tough face to fit. This young person dropped what she was doing, and responded to my barrage of demands and questions unflinchingly and without hesitation. “Great spot to get any last minute outfits. Huge selection of clothing and footwear. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I've been shopping here for 20 years. They are one of the few remaining mom and pop variety spots around. Check it out I'm sure you will find something for everyone. Parking can be scarce.”

“There was a guy there as cashier, the receipt says either Daniel or Gryphon (sorry I didn’t ask for his name) but there was an incident, not sure if it was actually a gun shot but there was a loud bang that happened and he quickly told everyone in the store to get to the back in the storage room. He made sure everyone was there and reassured us to not worry and everything was fine and went to go see what was happening. He was sweet overall when we were cashing out but especially during that scary time. Then he came to get us and told us we were safe to leave. This was my first time something like that happening but he handled it very well?”

She has excellent customer service experience and she helped me choose meaningful accessories. The tailor, whose name I didn't get, took measurements to ensure the pants were a great fit. Everyone was warm, relaxed and welcoming. This was a very pleasant shopping experience. We will be back!”
