“I walked in not looking for anything in particular but the manager Cara (the beautiful red head) was so kind and helpful from start to finish, I couldn't resist their sales. 1000% pleased with my purchases, Price and quality wise.
10/10 recommend this store, worth the visit for their outstanding customer service alone!

“The location is always clean and cool. However, lately I've been wearing bandanas on my forehead and I've noticed some establishments won't even acknowledge my presence. Too bad for them. Judging a book by it's cover. Oh well, c'est la vie. ?”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Juan and another employee (I unfortunately didn’t catch their name) for the outstanding customer service they provided.
From the moment I walked in, they greeted me and immediately asked how they could assist. They took the time to understand my situation and truly went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Juan even explained a bit of the background on why the jeans I purchased didn’t fit correctly, which I really appreciated. They both reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that they would make sure I left satisfied.
While they were confirming everything on their end, I went to the fitting room to try the clothes on. By the time I came back out, everything was already prepared for me. All that was left was confirming the adjustment and I was good to go. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Both employees were extremely polite, professional, and genuinely kind. They had great attitudes, welcoming smiles, and were more than willing to help no matter the circumstances. It’s honestly rare these days to find customer service like that.

I normally come to North Riverside Mall once in a blue moon but this store I walked by and didn't check it out at first but I came in and WOW this place is actually phenomenal! They have a large variety and selection of attractive jeans, shoes and arrangement of fashion. Staff was definitely nice. The items weren't grossly overpriced either. Definitely would love to come back here! Hands down reccomend.”
